齐市感染者备感社会大家庭的温暖
“大家不嫌弃，让我们好感动，我们一定认真配合治疗，珍惜生活每一天！”春节将至，市疾病预防控制中心组织HIV(艾滋病)感染者活动，让他们感受到来自社会大家庭的温暖。
作为齐市艾滋病防控单位，1月中旬，市疾病预防控制中心将HIV感染者聚集到一起，为他们举办了一个热闹的新春座谈会。中心领导及相关人员与HIV感染者共同载歌载舞，真诚恳谈。一名HIV感染者家庭有矛盾，工作人员多次做家访，用真挚的关爱，化解了这名HIV感染者的家庭矛盾。一名HIV感染者患上牙病，很多医生一听他有艾滋病，都不敢给他治疗，这名患者很苦恼。市疾控中心了解情况后，协调有关医院，很快治好了这名患者的牙病。还有一名HIV感染者两次住院，家属都不愿护理他，中心主任和工作人员特请了一名护工照顾他，并与相关部门协商，解决了患者的所有住院及生活费用问题。该患者有时思想不稳定，闹情绪，工作人员多次找他谈心，帮助他解决生活上的困难。一次次亲人似地关爱，终于使这位患者走出情绪低谷，积极配合治疗。
在新春座谈会上，还有一件让HIV感染者欣喜的事儿，就是市艾滋病防治志愿者组织正式成立，即HIV感染者有了一个属于他们自己的“互助”组织。在那里，他们可以互相安慰，述说彼此的烦恼，互相鼓励，振奋精神面对生活，共同学习、交流治疗艾滋病的知识等等。一名HIV志愿者说：“有了自己的组织，就有了感情寄托，激励我们鼓足生活勇气，艾滋病病毒并不可怕，即使感染了，也可以通过提高自身的免疫力和合理的治疗缓解病情，延长生命。”
座谈会后，市疾控中心相关人员和与会的感染者共进了午餐，并为每位感染者发放了200元钱的春节慰问金。
