  Nowadays, in the 21st century, with the accelerate of the pace of world’s economic globalization, the competition of market is more keening, and more people turn their attentions to the customers that can bring direct benefits to the enterprise. The root of being a corporate is the drive of profit, and the profit is the premise of existence of enterprise, while the customer is a source of profit. Under this background, this paper is based on customer’ loyalty, analysis and studies the factors that affect customer’s loyalty and combines the status quo of development of customers’ loyalty to give some strategies to improve customers’ loyalty.
