抗击艾滋病、结核和疟疾全球基金向多哥提供1.08亿美元资助

新华网洛美７月１６日电（记者李本忠）抗击艾滋病、结核和疟疾全球基金执行主任米歇尔·卡察契肯与多哥总理洪博１６日在洛美签署协定，即全球基金将在未来５年向多哥提供１．０８亿美元资助，用于支持多哥有关加强抗击艾滋病的计划和负担艾滋病患者的治疗费用。

卡察契肯在签字仪式上说，“这笔钱首先用于
援助治疗中的艾滋病患者，并使治疗范围不再局限于首都而是扩大到全国。”

多哥总理感谢全球基金提供的这一援助，并表示多哥政府将有效地使用这笔款项。

    多哥目前有１１万人艾滋病血清检验呈阳性。据负责全国抗击艾滋病计划的部门统计，在２６２３２名艾滋病患者中有９１００人将免费得到治疗。

     Togolese Prime Minister thanked the Global Fund to provide assistance and said that the Government of Togo will be the effective use of the money.

     Togo at present there are 11 million people in the serum tested positive for AIDS. According to the National Plan to Fight AIDS department statistics, 26,232 AIDS patients in 9100 will be treated free of charge.
