艾滋病疫情出现新趋势 衡阳部署强化防治措施

　　本报讯 (本报记者 陈书云 实习生 付慧英)记者13日在市政府召开的艾滋病防治工作会上获悉，衡阳艾滋病感染者出现新的特征，防艾形势日趋严峻。市防艾委对下阶段的防控重点进行了部署。副市长许满意在会上作了讲话。

　　据悉，截至2010年6月30日，我市艾滋病的疫情出现新的趋势，性传播方式占6618%，已成为我市艾滋病传播的主要方式。这预示HIV从高危人群向普通人群扩散速度加快，防艾形势十分严峻。

　　为此，市防艾委出台了新的措施，要求强化防治措施，加强疫情检测和监测。对所有娱乐业、旅游业、公共浴业、酒吧业、美容美发业等公共场所的服务人员要每半年开展一次艾滋病抗体检测。同时，加强告知和跟踪管理，发现一例，告知一例。另外，要切实做好高危行为干预措施，做好安全套推广预防艾滋病工作，积极落实“四免一关怀”政策。

　　许满意强调，下半年市防艾各成员单位要把握重点，健全领导体制，创新工作模式，进一步加大宣传力度。自今年起，每年12月1日世界艾滋病日所有初中以上学校落实1小时防艾健康教育课；所有县(市)区县级以上医院、火车站、社区及劳动部门分别对就诊病人、乘客、社区居民、外出务工人员发放防艾宣传单。同时，要进一步做好艾滋病综合防治进社区、进集镇行动将艾滋病防治工作落到实处。
