“艾滋病治疗与关怀综合管理研讨会”在大理召开

９月１８日—２０日，由北京地坛医院世卫组织艾滋病治疗与关怀综合管理合作中心、世界卫生组织驻中国代表处主办，大理市卫生局、大理学院协办的“艾滋病治疗与关怀综合管理研讨会”在大理古城召开。
据了解，北京地坛医院世卫组织艾滋病治疗与关怀综合管理合作中心承担国家卫生部和世卫组织赋予的推行世卫组织标准，提高艾滋病治疗和关怀综合管理水平的职责。目前正承担世卫组织综合性规范化艾滋病治疗和关怀培训教程的制定任务，并拟在国家示范区进行试点培训。设在大理市第二人民医院皮肤科的国家艾滋病抗病毒治疗示范点有较好的前期工作基础，在吸毒人群的艾滋病抗病毒治疗和艾滋病治疗和关怀综合管理模式的探讨方面积累了一定经验。此次研讨会，特邀世卫组织驻中国代表处专家介绍艾滋病临床管理最新进展，与来自地坛医院的我国专家共同解读世卫组织２０１０年最新艾滋病抗病毒治疗方案，结合典型病例，对艾滋病治疗与关怀综合管理中遇到的难点问题进行深度讨论，探讨建立符合我国实际的艾滋病治疗和关怀综合管理模式和培训模式。
研讨会上，大理市第二人民医院皮肤科主任张建波就艾滋病抗病毒治疗“大理模式”作了专题交流。本次研讨会，也为参会的我州及大理市从事艾滋病防治及抗病毒治疗的医务人员、各乡镇卫生院院长、社区卫生服务人员、艾滋病防治志愿者提供了难得的学习交流机会。（本报记者 赵丽花）
