那是在2010年，我从事艾滋病工作已经有一段时间了。我发现，防艾工作在性工作者领域一直是华而不实的。真正需要检测的人群，根本没有实现检测。我认为，官方关于性工作者群检测数据是毫无意义的。
可为什么，在事关社群生命健康的问题上，我们要这样马虎呢？
当然，那是有原因的。
疾控中心没有足够的人力来从事这项检测工作。一个艾滋病科室，大概有三四个工作人员，而整个武汉市，有数不清的娱乐场所。她们只能针对有卫生许可证，在管理范围内的，并且没有大背景的场所进行检测。
低端的场所，分布在各个偏僻的巷子里。检测起来，太困难。而顶端的高档场所，人家有很硬的后台，根本不让你检测。检测出来有艾滋病，谁还去消费？
我把这个人群的分布做了一个分析。从事性交易的大概有这样几种形式：1，会所，酒店，宾馆。2。卡拉OK出台。3、洗浴中心，4，休闲店 5，按摩店，6，马路公主。7、网络兼职。
会所酒店宾馆是指高档的场所，性交易在现场进行。卡拉OK是带出去出台，交易场所不固定，3，洗浴中心也是在现场交易，有专业的性服务。休闲店有在现场，也有带出去的。按摩店是比较隐藏的，表面上足疗，但有一些也提供性服务。马路公主，就是在路边站街的。
这几类人群中，交易场所越固定的，越安全，她们的防护意思与能力就越强。最后一种，最难干预的，也是最危险的。
后三种，就是我重点服务的对象。因为扫黄针对的是这个群体，她们的卫生条件，是最差的。为了躲避扫黄，也常常无法顾及健康防护。
为什么说第七种最危险？
因为第七种人群，是良家出来兼职。她不愿意做性工作，但是生活困难。只有通过性交易，赚取一些生活费。有一些是有工作的，后来慢慢也不再工作了，而专职做性工作。
网络兼职的价格比马路公主要高，因为男人们认为，有一份工作的良家，即使出来做性工作，素质也比直接的性工作者要高，心理上认为，她们更干净一些。所以，这个时候，客人也很容易松懈而拒绝带安全套。
这些兼职是在网络上找客人，接的都是陌生人，并且是在没有人的出租屋里进行交易。她们特别容易遇到危险。这跟出租屋里的专职性工作者处境是一样的。容易面临抢劫，强暴甚至被杀害等危险。
虽然休闲屋的价格相对低，但要安全一些。至少在交易的时候，有老板娘，还有马夫，还有别的姐妹在场。这是我一直反对扫黄的原因之一，扫黄让她们失去了最后一个安全岛。
我想去做网络兼职性工作者的调查。在朋友的介绍下，要求进入她们的QQ群。群主说，你必须跟我们群里的一个男人有交易，才能让我进去。把我变成他们中间的一员，才会让她们有安全感。我答应了。
第二天，我就在群里找到了一个客人。他是一个多情的司机。月收入3000元，要供孩子读书，生活压力也很大的一个普通男人。跟我年纪相仿。
他看了我的空间，非常支持我的工作。那天我们开房，他给我讲了很多兼职女性的故事。他说，这些女人，大多数是离婚的。因为要带孩子，生活压力大。工资根本不够养家。而且，她们是需要男人爱护的女人。一般年纪在30岁左右，正是女人害怕寂寞时候。

这样的一个好男人，心里藏着这样一份美好的感情，我不想用性来玷污他。
