北京防艾网：男同染艾高达20%,艾滋病检测试纸受青睐

　　随着我国艾滋病疫情的日益严峻，北京防艾网（www.nohiv.org）最近很受关注，北京防艾网为发生高危行为的人群提供安全、有效的艾滋病检测试纸。

　　男男性行为易感染艾滋病，应进行艾滋病检测

　　中国卫生部最近公布，中国大约有5％的男男性行为者感染艾滋病病毒，这一数字比全国0.057％的艾滋病病毒感染率高出88倍。而成都市政府日前针对男男性行为者中快速攀升的艾滋病疫情召开研讨会，研讨会的数据亦显示，中国大约每三例艾滋病新发感染中就有一例为男男性行为者；艾滋病病毒在男男性行为者中的感染率，在西南地区的一些城市达到了近20％。

　　然而能够获得艾滋病检测服务的男男性行为者仅不足一半，因感染艾滋病病毒而需要治疗的男男性行为者中正在接受治疗的比例则低于15％，这是非常严峻的形势。

　　哪些高危行为，需进行艾滋病检测？

　　记者从北京防艾网（www.nohiv.org）了解到：只要是容易引起艾滋病感染的行为都可以考虑艾滋病检测。如：静脉注射毒品，卖淫嫖娼，与多个人有不洁性接触等。

　　哪些行为需要做艾滋病检测可以从艾滋病有哪些传播途径来了解。艾滋病传播途径中高危行为主要有以下几种形势：

　　性接触传播高危行为：

　　（1）无保护性交；

　　（2）无保护肛交；

　　（3）多个性伙伴。

　　血液传播高危行为：

　　（1）静脉注射吸毒；

　　（2）与他人共用注射器或共用其他可刺破皮肤的器械；

　　（3）使用未经检测的血液或血制品。

　　母婴传播高危行为：

　　（1）艾滋病病毒阳性的女性怀孕并生育；

　　（2）艾滋病病毒阳性的母亲哺乳等。

　　同时，在以上高危行为中，医务人员若用不消毒的注射器为病人打针，牙科的拔牙钳和其他器械不严格消毒（个体行医、游医）等，属于血液传播中的高危行为，也需要做艾滋病检测，可选用hiv试纸自我在家检测。

　　With the increasingly severe AIDS epidemic in China, Beijing AIDS Prevention Network (www.nohiv.org) has recently attracted much attention, Beijing AIDS prevention network for the occurrence of high-risk behavior groups to provide safe, effective HIV test strip.

　　Behavior needs to be done which can detect HIV transmission from HIV which to understand. HIV transmission in high-risk behavior are the following situation:

　　Sexual contact high-risk behavior:

　　(1) unprotected sexual intercourse;

　　(2) unprotected anal sex;

　　(3) multiple sexual partners.

　　Blood-borne high-risk behavior:

　　(1) intravenous drug use;

　　(2) shared needles or sharing with others can pierce the skin of other instruments;

　　(3) the use of untested blood or blood products.

　　Mother to child transmission risk behaviors:

　　(1) HIV-positive pregnant women and childbirth;

　　(2) HIV-positive mother breast-feeding and so on.

　　Meanwhile, in the above high-risk behavior, medical personnel, if not sterile syringes with injections for the patient, dental extraction forceps and other instruments are not disinfected (individual practice, Youyi), etc., are blood-borne in the high-risk behavior, but also need to do HIV testing, hiv test strips can be used at home self-test.
