　　记武警云南总队德宏支队士官李云东扎根深山禁毒防艾七年如一日

　　他，平凡而伟大，七年时间里，用双手把一个个吸毒人员从毒海深渊中拉出来。

　　他，德宏武警支队的一名普通卫生员，睿智而坚韧，用爱融化了一个个艾滋病人冰冷的心。

　　他，扎根边陲深山，呵护着百姓的安宁，成就了禁毒防艾的一段传奇佳话。

　　他，就是武警云南总队德宏支队卫生员李云东。

　　云南网讯（记者 杨之辉 通讯员 郝亚鑫 赵庆刚 郭丁仆）七年前，毗邻“金三角”的中缅边境户撒乡项姐村，一个小小的村子仅在册吸毒人员竟然有近百人。贩毒、吸毒、艾滋病高发……在村民们悲观之际，李云东走进了这个村子，一切也随之发生改变。

　　2004年，德宏州打响了轰轰烈烈的“禁毒防艾”战役。同年11月，李云东作为支队卫生队一名卫生员主动请战，和支队两名官兵组成了工作小组，来到了项姐村，开展“禁毒防艾”与“扶贫帮困”工作。

　　德宏州地处云南西南边陲，毗邻世界主要毒品生产地“金三角”地区，给当地社会稳定、经济发展和人民生命财产安全带来了严重威胁，户撒乡项姐村就是其中一个“重灾区”，村委会下辖12个自然村共598户，总人口2635人。

　　由于当地群众文化水平比较落后，对毒品危害的认识不足，甚至还把毒品当作治病良药，用于治疗感冒、腹泻等病症。

　　景颇族村民徐品成永远也忘不了自己的恩人——李云东，因为是他给了徐品成一个幸福的家庭。

　　2006年的一天，徐品成的爱人跑来向李云东举报，老公躲在厕所吸毒，他立即将这一情况向派出所报告，随后随公安干警将徐品成抓获，尿检结果为阳性后将其送往德宏州强制戒毒所，进行2年强制戒毒，家里的妻子带着3岁的孩子，日子举步为艰。李云东看在眼里记在心里，每次驻村，他都忘不了这母子两人，为他们送钱、送粮，给孩子买学习用品、玩具，但是就这样也没有打动这个恨透了丈夫的女人，她带着孩子多次到支队找李云东提出要与徐品成离婚，李云东心里清楚，离婚对于一个正在强制戒毒人的伤害，他耐心对徐品成的妻子做工作，告诉她离婚只会让丈夫的戒毒半途而废。一边是孤苦伶仃的母子，一边是强制戒毒的徐品成，逢年过节，李云东都要带着生活用品到戒毒所看望徐品成，告诉他家里的情况，并托人把徐品成借调到戒毒所厨房，跟着厨师学习炒菜。

　　戒毒成功后，徐品成从戒毒所走出来第一眼看见的就是等着接他回家的李云东和妻儿，他泪流满面地说：“我对不起你们，是云东兄弟给了我二次生命”。

　　现在的徐品成远离毒品，凭着在戒毒所学习的手艺和妻子开起了小饭馆，日子过的红红火火。

　　7年来，李云东先后协助公安抓获吸毒人员57人，为辖区内23名吸毒人员进行帮教并成功戒除毒瘾，为16名孤寡老人和8个单亲家庭提供生活帮助。。

　　艾滋病一个全世界无法根治的“病魔”，让人望而却步，但是李云东作为驻村帮扶工作组中的一员，他在项姐村七年如一日，与病人同吃同住，这让常人无法理解。

　　李云东驻村前，在项姐村静脉注射是村民最为常见的一种毒品吸食方式，由于当地自然条件落后，文化素质低，对毒品和艾滋病的危害盲目无知。多数吸毒者交叉使用注射器，导致该村24名村民感染艾滋病病毒。针对这一情况，李云东同工作组成员深入到所属12个自然村，召开了上百次群众大会，并挨家挨户宣传毒品危害和艾滋病预防相关知识。

　　2006年7月18日晚，由村民举报张受喜等五人正躲在家中吸毒，李云东迅速与当地派出所取得联系，将五名吸毒人员现场抓获，并送往戒毒所强戒，就在准备打开手铐关入监室的时候，张受喜乘机逃跑，一名干警及工作队员迅速追逃，在离监室不到50米的距离内，将其扑倒在地，这时传来干警的一声大叫“小心，有刀”，由于天黑，疑犯在逃跑中手拿一把长约1米的砍刀，在干警头部连砍3刀。李云东顾不得犹豫一把抓住砍刀，将其制服，手掌被刀刃划伤，顿时鲜血直流，他不顾自己的伤口，迅速撤下衣服按住干警的伤口送往当地医院医治。

　　第二天，李云东突然接到电话，称昨晚制服的毒贩是艾滋病病毒携带者，要求李云东到卫生院抽血化验，但是李云东的心里清楚，艾滋病毒有潜伏期，即使被传染也要在三个月后才能检测出来。李云东度日如年熬完了三个月，当医生告诉他未感染时，他才松了一口气。

　　2009年10月的一天，李云东在帮助村民安装有线广播时左手不小心被玻璃划伤，直露白骨，鲜血直流，在卫生院缝了5针。恰巧第二天支队扶贫工作队要配合村医为村民采血进行艾滋病普查。村医知道他的手受了伤，劝他先休息。但在他的心里，群众的健康永远是第一位。一大早，他就冒着皮肤受伤易感染艾滋病的危险，坚持为村民采血留样。检验医生问他是不是有什么有手持无恐的本领，他只是一笑了之继续工作。

　　3年来，他们在街道、各自然村出入处粘贴宣传标语2万余条，长久性标语268条，发放宣传手册4000余册。与当地中小学联系，定期到学校开展法制教育，宣传禁毒防艾基本知识，播放教育录像片等。禁毒防艾宣传教育覆盖率100%，受宣传教育人数达2200余人。

　　项姐村村医感慨地说：“如果没有驻村战士李云东的教育宣传和科学防范，我们也不会有现在的良好局面”。

　　由于毒品和艾滋病的影响，村民们生活贫困，村里偷盗现象普遍，治安状况恶化。

　　李云东了解情况后，给支队提交了书面报告，建议在村民中成立禁毒防艾护村队。支队接到报告后高度重视，立刻对此工作作出安排，为护村队员下发28套迷彩服，14把强光电筒、28套警棍和袖章，为禁毒防艾工作增添了新的活力。还在村中设放了三个禁毒防艾举报箱，为掌握了解吸毒和贩毒情况提供了一个窗口。

　　李云东同工作组和地方禁毒防艾工作领导小组通过认真研究，帮助各村民小组成立了禁毒防艾护村互助联防队、禁毒防艾理事会、妇女之家等基层组织，并广泛征求群众意见，制定了3000余字的村规民约，教育广大群众“珍爱生命，远离毒品”。这个村有33名吸毒人员受教育后自愿到乡派出所进行尿检提出要强制戒毒，另有22名与村委会签下自我保证书。

　　今天的项姐村，村寨群众自主参加禁毒防艾工作的积极性大大增强，已形成了一个群防群治的良好局面：吸毒人员登记注册183人，其中戒断两年以上有107人，外出打工15人，投送强戒、劳教9人。

　　目前，社会面上基本无吸毒人员。艾滋病感染者人数得到了控制，社会治安较两年前明显好转，“禁毒防艾”工作已成为当地新农村建设的护航舰。
