　　四分之三为同性间感染

　　“艾滋病正在向普通人群蔓延扩散。”这是“防艾”专家向社会发出的一次次警告。而在这普通人群中，青年学生同性性接触感染，上升明显。

　　据杭州市疾控中心艾滋病性防制所所长陈树昶介绍，当前，包括杭州在内的全国艾滋病防控形势十分严峻，一个重要特点是，艾滋病的蔓延和扩散由高危人群快速转向普通人群，其中也包括青年学生。

　　据统计，青年学生人群中感染者近年来上升明显：杭州首例青年学生艾滋病感染者是在2005年发现的，传播方式为同性性接触感染；2007年和2008年发现的青年学生感染人数在逐年增多，均通过性接触途径，其中四分之三为同性间性行为传播，截止到2009年9月底，已发现青年学生的感染数上升到二位数，最主要的传播途径是同性间性行为感染，这是所有性行为传播中最危险的方式。

　　二成人群缺乏防艾基本意识

　　专家指出，艾滋病就在我们身边。严峻的现实是，我们许多人包括青年学生，有三成以上的人对艾滋病及其危害缺乏足够认识，四成左右的人对艾滋病正在威胁我们每一个人的状况缺乏真实了解，还有二成人对可能引起艾滋病病毒感染的行为缺乏最基本的防护意识。

　　杭州市疾控中心主动采取积极措施，向在杭各大专院校急募大学生防艾志愿者，充实全社会防艾队伍。目前，招募工作已经开始，市疾控中心希望有志于有效防控艾滋病这一当代传染病恶魔的青年学生，积极报名参加。

为何要从青年学生中招募志愿者？

　　招募志愿者主要基于二方面考虑：

　　一是从杭州各大专院校青年学生中招募一定数量的志愿者，充实社会防艾力量，是一项积极主动的防控策略，因为艾滋病的预防和控制，单靠各级疾控中心的力量是极有限的，需要全社会的积极参与，青年人包括在校青年学生应当成为艾滋病预防控的主力军；

　　二是志愿者本身就是青年学生，与广大的青年学生人群朝夕相处，有共同语言，这些经过一定专业培训的志愿者，能以“一传十，十传百”的方式，让每一个年轻学子知道艾滋病就在每一个人的身边，掌握必备的防艾知识与技能，能在青年学生人群的心中筑起一道坚实的防线，共同抵御艾滋的侵袭。
