　　8月22日，网友“北京火把”和“云中仙”，在一个叫做“寻找真相的人们”的QQ群(以下简称“真相群”)里留下几句话后下线。

　　这个群里的人大多都在“高危”性行为之后患病。他们最初怀疑自己感染了艾滋病，但反复检测结果却一再呈现阴性。然而，他们继而坚信自己感染了同一种未知病毒。

　　目前，在中国类似的QQ群共有数十个之多，每个群里都有一两百人。很多临床专家一致认为，他们得的是“艾滋病恐惧症”(以下简称“恐艾症”)。而这个人群却不认同这个称呼，希望和失望，求生和破灭，这一切交织在一起，使得他们精神煎熬、生不如死……

　　“怪病”突然来袭

　　找过小姐患艾滋？医院查不出

　　去年9月份一天，出差到外地的洪生找了小姐。这天晚上漱口时，他发现牙龈上长了一个水泡，第二天就消失了。但因为刚刚找过小姐，他还是担心自己被传染了艾滋病。21天之后的早晨，噩梦开始了。他醒来后发现自己盗汗很严重，腿上有一条线一样的疼痛，额上出现大量疹子。他开始极度恐慌，他给自己下了“诊断书”：艾滋病。
