英媒：国际著名专家称艾滋病已经肆虐俄罗斯

中国日报网环球在线消息:据英国广播公司（BBC）10月28日报道，国际艾滋病协会主席罗宾·格纳（Robin Gorna）称，艾滋病病毒在俄罗斯的传播已经失去控制。

这位国际著名艾滋病专家敦促俄罗斯加大力度，防止艾滋病在全俄200万吸毒者中进一步传播。他希望能劝说俄罗斯政府出台相关法律降低艾滋病的传播速度。

俄罗斯国内一直面临着毒品的困扰。俄罗斯毒品流通监督局局长伊万诺夫表示，每年至少有3万名年轻俄罗斯人因为沾染毒品死亡。在过去的十年里俄罗斯的艾滋病感染者突增，据信目前至少有100万名感染者，其中大部分感染者还不到30岁，他们由于互相共享海洛因注射器而感染了艾滋病病毒。

大部分俄罗斯吸毒者使用的都是阿富汗海洛因。这些海洛因通过俄罗斯与中亚邻居形同虚设的边境通道，大规模涌入俄境内。海洛因变得非常廉价且随处可得，目前，在俄罗斯海洛因的价格甚至要比白酒便宜得多，迷茫的年轻人成为最易受其危害的群体。
