10位重量级学者呼吁诺奖改革

一年一度的诺贝尔奖即将逐一揭晓。诺贝尔基金会宣布，2009年诺贝尔奖本年度各奖项得主揭晓仪式将于本月5日起陆续举行。

英国《新科学家》杂志网站发布了一封由10位专家学者联名签署的致诺贝尔基金会的公开信，请求对诺贝尔奖评奖进行“改革”。

据诺贝尔基金会发布和介绍的消息，今年诺贝尔奖各奖项的具体揭晓时间为:

生理学或医学奖:格林尼治时间5日9时30分（北京时间5日17时30分）；

物理学奖:格林尼治时间6日9时45分（北京时间6日17时45分）；

化学奖:格林尼治时间7日9时45分（北京时间7日17时45分）；

和平奖:格林尼治时间9日9时（北京时间9日17时）；

经济学奖:格林尼治时间12日11时（北京时间12日19时）。

本年度的诺贝尔文学奖揭晓时间尚未最终确定。按照传统，2009年诺贝尔奖颁奖仪式依然将在今年12月10日举行。

除和平奖颁奖仪式在挪威首都奥斯陆举行以外，生理学或医学奖、物理学奖、化学奖、文学奖和经济学奖都将在瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩举行。

权威学者吁诺奖改革

在诺贝尔奖即将揭晓之际，英国《新科学家》杂志网站发布了一封由10位专家学者联名签署的致诺贝尔基金会的公开信，请求对诺贝尔奖评奖进行“改革”，内容包括为应对气候变化设立“全球环境和公共卫生奖”等。

这封公开信的署名人包括2001年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主蒂姆·亨特、旨在促进科技创新的“X大奖基金会”负责人，以及牛津大学、哈佛大学、麻省理工学院的多名教授。

公开信说，诺贝尔在1895年立下遗嘱时，他难以预料世界会受到气候变化和艾滋病等威胁，也难以预见新出现的重要学科。

公开信请求对诺贝尔奖评奖做出两项改革:

公开信已递交给诺贝尔基金会执行主任米凯尔·索尔曼，索尔曼承诺会让诺贝尔基金会董事会其他成员阅读这封信。

“热门奖项”预测出笼

诺奖结果还未公布，但“热门奖项”预测已经出笼。

所谓“SCI”，简单地说就是一种科学文献检索工具，它收录了国际上最主要的科学期刊，对衡量学术论文的水平和质量具有较高的价值。在利用“SCI”进行相关评估的基础上，再考虑有关科学家所获得研究成果的领域是否热门、科学家们是否为该领域的开创者等其他评估因素。

汤姆森－路透公司近年开始发布有关诺贝尔奖的预测。

诺贝尔奖评选的有关传统规定，除公布最终获奖者的名字外，诺奖候选人名单在50年内都不对外公开。
