艾滋病防治覆盖“脆弱人群”

记者11月17日从安徽省性病艾滋病防治协会获悉，随着第六轮中国全球艾滋病项目在我省的实施，我省艾滋病防治覆盖越来越多的脆弱人群。截至目前，我省累计干预娱乐场所从业人员2万多人次，为1030名艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人及其家庭、538名受艾滋病影响的儿童提供关爱和支持服务，共发放安全套45万只。
记者11月17日从安徽省性病艾滋病防治协会获悉，随着第六轮中国全球艾滋病项目在我省的实施，我省艾滋病防治覆盖越来越多的脆弱人群。截至目前，我省累计干预娱乐场所从业人员2万多人次，为1030名艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人及其家庭、538名受艾滋病影响的儿童提供关爱和支持服务，共发放安全套45万只。
第六轮中国全球艾滋病项目，是通过利用民间组织的独特力量填补现有艾滋病预防控制项目的空缺并扩展其覆盖面，向脆弱人群和难以接触人群提供必要的预防、治疗及其他支持性服务。自2008年实施这一项目以来，全省有12个市、8个县(区)的28家慈善协会、性艾协会等机构参与实施了41个项目内容的艾滋病防治。部分市县还把防治艾滋病与技能培训结合起来，加大艾滋病防治力度。寿县把宣传艾滋病防治知识与劳动技能培训结合起来，使外出的农民工增强了防艾意识和能力。池州市一些街道组织通过对业主开展培训提高娱乐场所防艾意识。利辛县慈善协会实施的“涉艾儿童关爱”项目，让因艾滋病失去亲人的孤儿感受到了温暖。(记者任诗芹)

The sixth round of China Global AIDS Program, through the use of the unique strengths of civil society organizations to fill existing vacancies in HIV prevention and control projects and to expand its coverage to vulnerable groups and hard to reach populations to provide the necessary prevention, treatment and other support services.
