世卫组织:全球25%结核病死亡案例与艾滋病有关

世界卫生组织24日发布的调查报告显示,在全球结核病死亡案例中约四分之一与艾滋病有关,这是原先预计的两倍。
在里约热内卢举行第三届“遏制结核病伙伴关系论坛”期间,世界卫生组织发布了《2009年全球结核病控制报告》。报告指出,全球在控制结核病方面取得了显著进展,全球新增结核病病例数在2007年保持稳定,全世界患结核病的人口比例也自2004年以来首次出现下降。
报告还指出,结核病/艾滋病病毒双重感染是目前全球结核病防治工作的最大挑战。2007年全球艾滋病病毒感染者中新增137万结核病病例,其中45.6万人死亡,这一数字占了全球结核病死亡总人数的四分之一,可以说全球四分之一结核病死亡案例都与艾滋病有关。
世界卫生组织报告还估计,2007年全球有超过50万人患有抗药性结核病,其中仅有1%的患者正在按照该组织建议的标准接受治疗。
今年3月24日是第十四个“世界防治结核病日”。据统计,目前全球结核菌感染人数超过20亿,其中十分之一是结核病患者或可能发病者。
