本报讯 昨天召开的北京市艾滋病防治工作会上，北京市疾病预防控制中心主任邓瑛通报，本市男男同性性行为者艾滋病感染率逐年上升，成为感染率最高的群体。
■艾滋病已向一般人群传播
本市自2004年起连续五年开展了男男同性性行为人群监测工作，监测数据显示男男同性性行为者HIV感染率呈上升趋势。今年，男男同性性行为传播艾滋已超过吸毒传播、异性性传播等，成为本市艾滋病传播的首要途径。
今年1至5月，本市报告发现艾滋病感染者和艾滋病病人比去年同期增加了90例，达到501例。目前性传播途径已经成为本市艾滋病感染的首要传播方式，这意味着艾滋病已经从高危人群向一般人群传播。据介绍，2008年，性传播的比例达到58.4%，今年攀升到68.6%。其中，男男同性性行为者HIV感染率呈上升趋势尤为明显，在今年1至5月份新发现男男同性性行为艾滋病感染者221例，占全部新发现感染者的44.11%。去年这一比例为29.2%。
统计数字显示，自1985年北京发现首例艾滋病传入病例至今年5月，全市累计发现艾滋病感染者和艾滋病病人6383例，在全国居第12位。其中本市居民1343例、外省市居民4722例、外籍人员247例，不详71例。
■本市成立艾滋病“高干队”
北京市卫生局局长方来英介绍，针对性传播艾滋病比例上升的情况，北京市18区县都成立了高危人群干预队（简称高干队），每月到辖区的娱乐场所至少做一次高危人群免费咨询监测，发放安全套。
目前，在全市范围内三星级以上宾馆、饭店、酒店、旅店、度假村的客房卫生间内安全套摆放率达到了100％，免费发放点已达2.2万个，已在歌舞厅、夜总会等娱乐场所安装自动售套机近2000台，售套近1万个。
■艾滋病感染者和病人累计2138人
据了解，从1985年到现在累计报告的北京（含辖区及流动人员）感染者和病人共2138人，累计报告的死亡人数为79人。北京地坛医院、北京佑安医院、协和医院为本市艾滋病免费治疗定点医院，近年来累计为549名艾滋病病人提供了免费抗病毒治疗服务，其中298名为本市户籍人口，251名为长期在京务工的外地人员。
目前，本市已在18个区县建立了50余个艾滋病免费咨询、检测点，每个区县都建有2个以上的自愿咨询检测点。2009年1至5月，全市接待艾滋病免费咨询检测5503人次，免费检测5391人，比去年同期上升64.66%，从中检出艾滋病感染者141人，检出率达2.56%。
