贵州习水小伙子陈立荣一冲动，犯了这个罪。再过20几天，就是他的18岁生日。这个生日，注定黯淡。
陈立荣以为自己得了绝症，时日无多，于是他揣着刀跑到了派出所，想杀人“给自己作陪”，但因太紧张，还没出手，刀掉了出来。
昨天，奉化检察院以故意杀人预备罪，批捕陈立荣。
一把牙刷让他患上恐艾症
陈立荣的身世是有点坎坷的。还没记事，父母就离婚了。不久，母亲离世，他跟着爷爷奶奶过。
两年前，陈立荣初中毕业后，在奉化莼湖一家五金厂打工的父亲，把陈立荣叫到身边，在厂里安排了个活。父子俩每天说的话不超过十句。陈立荣性格越来越压抑。
