From ancient to modern times, the nature of law is the rule of man. Expecting the rule of law just is an unsound illusion. Studies have found that equal society is a kind of net-style structures, that is, the exchange or work relationships between people and people, people and group, group and group are completed through TMS according to legal procedures. There is nobody to rule other people on the net, which is the rule of law in its true sense. Thus, we do not need the rule of man nor expecting the rule of law to build the rule of net. The rule of net is the concept that synthesizes the most advanced ideas of hi-tech and humanity, which is the ideal of super- communism society.
