　　——广东国际旅行卫生保健中心着力打造三大品牌

　　

 

　　广东国际旅行卫生保健中心（以下简称“中心”）主要负责传染病监测与健康体检、旅行预防接种、卫生保健咨询、医疗保健门诊、卫生检疫科研开发与技术服务，并对分中心提供技术指导。2001年11月，中心东区（现为中心本部）开业，负责执法体检及预防接种业务，同期开始开发社会健康体检及预防接种业务。西区（现为沙面分中心）专门负责赴美移民体检及预防接种业务。

　　中心2004年通过ISO9001∶2000质量管理体系认证。中心下设广东国际旅行卫生检疫医疗门诊部、广州市卫生检疫医疗门诊部、广东出入境检验检疫局医务所。上述医疗机构均已经在地方卫生行政部门注册，是地方卫生行政部门批准的“出境人员预防接种指定单位”，是国际旅行者医疗救助协会（IAMAT）广州指定门诊。沙面分中心（赴美移民体检中心）更是可同时承担赴美移民体检和预防接种两项任务的医疗机构。

　　中心致力于营造和谐发展、奋发进取的文化氛围。2008年，中心树立起三大业务品牌。在做好健康体检及预防接种业务，为口岸卫生检疫执法提供技术支持，参与口岸卫生检疫核心能力建设的同时，倡导“做健康体检，过健康生活”的理念，着力打造三大品牌：

　　第一，健康体检和预防接种品牌

　　中心拥有先进的医学检查检验设备和高素质的医、药、护、技师等人才齐备的专业队伍。中心配有平板DR-X光机、彩色多普勒超声诊断仪、电子阴道镜成像系统、24小时动态心电图、纯音听阈等价值约1300万的高端体检设备99台套，年均完成约6万人次的健康体检业务，为各类人员进行预防接种超过10万剂次，对艾滋病、活动性肺结核、性病、梅毒、肝炎及其他传染病进行严格监测。

　　在提供执法健康体检和预防接种等专业医疗服务及支持口岸疾病监测的同时，中心也面向社会大众提供专业的健康体检与预防接种服务。作为在国内外具有较高声誉的健康服务机构，中心以专业的体检枝术、先进的服务理念，为社会民众提供更加专业、更加权威的体检和保健服务，让民众在温馨舒适的环境中享受到不同于普通医疗机构的心贴心服务。

　　第二，权威医学检验实验室品牌

　　中心本部实验室及沙面分中心实验室，自建立起就逐步开展新项目检验，从样品检验结果比对开始，确保检验结果准确可信。实验室配备各类仪器设备99台套，总价值超过1000万元，已开展了包括艾滋病、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、结核、伤寒、霍乱、疟疾、微丝蚴等各类传染性疾病相关医学检验项目近150项，每年检查约170万项次，体检人数及项次居全国检验检疫系统各国际旅行卫生保健中心前列。实验室于2003年通过了ISO/IEC17025质量管理体系的认可，主要开展各类疾病相关的医学检测，内设临床检验、生化、免疫、微生物、艾滋病及结核病等6个专业实验室，其中艾滋病检测实验室于1992年5月被卫生部批准为艾滋病检测确证实验室，是全国最早获得批准的确证实验室之一；结核分枝杆菌检测实验室为全新风负压设计，并经美国CDC考核认可。实验室通过运行完善的质量管理体系，不断进行人才的引进和培养，不断进行技术、设备的更新，确保了检测技术能力始终处于行业内的领先水平。

　　第三，赴美移民健康体检和预防接种业务品牌

　　中心沙面分中心是中国赴美移民体检和预防接种领域的知名品牌，从1992年开始从事该项业务，是可同时承担赴美移民体检和预防接种两项任务的医疗机构。该分中心在美国CDC组织的多次考核中成绩优秀，曾被CDC医官称赞为“赴美移民体检机构的样板”。中心严格按照美国CDC的技术指导和美国领事馆的要求为赴美国移民签证申请人提供健康体检和预防接种服务。1992年至今，已为20多万赴美移民申请人提供了体检服务，并为10多万申请人提供了预防接种服务。此外，中心还针对赴美领养儿童提供健康体检服务，对赴美领养儿童的传染病特别是麻疹等烈性传染病采取严密的监控措施和合理的处理方法。
