本报讯(记者/向雨航通讯员/朱品磊)中国有70万人感染艾滋病病毒,但是报告的病例只有不到23万,另外47万人不知道自己感染病毒,深圳大约9000艾滋病病毒感染者中,有5000人被查出来。昨日,深圳市慢性病防治中心与世界卫生组织(WHO)共同启动了“生殖健康领域开展医务人员主动提供的艾滋病检测与咨询服务(PITC,简称艾滋病主动检测与咨询)项目”,并在南山区4家医疗机构试点开展为深圳市民主动提供艾滋病检测与咨询服务。
生殖健康领域开展PITC服务项目是世界卫生组织(WHO)和中国疾病预防控制中心妇幼保健中心的合作项目,旨在探索医疗机构医务人员主动提供的艾滋病检测与咨询服务与生殖健康领域工作相结合的模式。据介绍,该项目首次在深圳南山区和云南祥云县两地进行试点。
深圳市慢性病防治中心冯铁建介绍,目前,为市民提供HIV检测与咨询的主要服务模式是艾滋病自愿咨询与检测模式,而深圳有18个艾滋病自愿咨询与检测点。
他表示,随着艾滋病传播的主要途径由吸毒传播转为性传播,深圳目前有4000名艾滋病潜在感染者,有的人不知道到哪里进行HIV检测,为满足更多市民进行HIV检测的需求,深圳将在南山区的人民医院、妇幼保健医院、慢病医院和计划生育服务中心等4家医疗机构主动提供艾滋病检测与咨询服务,服务对象为在这4家医疗机构相关科室接受生殖健康服务的所有就诊者。
冯铁建指出,与艾滋病自愿咨询与检测模式不同的是,主动提供艾滋病检测与咨询服务模式是由医疗卫生机构主动提供服务,而且检测需要收费,一次检测的费用约为40—60元。
深圳市人口和计划生育委员会防疫处处长林汉城表示,南山区是该项目全国两个试点区域中的城市区域代表,该区试点的成果将为在全国医疗机构生殖健康领域推广、实施PITC服务提供经验和模式。
