北京建立全球最大艾滋病急性期感染者队列

中广网北京1月25日消息（记者李文蕊 通讯员刘慧 张正尤）日前，北京佑安医院吴昊教授成功建立并维护150例的全球最大的（MSM）HIV急性感染期队列，并首次提出了“锁定HIV感染关键人群及关键时期”的艾滋病防控新策略。
北京佑安医院吴昊教授主持的“艾滋病高危人群监测、筛查及防控策略研究”探索了以医院为核心的男男性接触人群（MSM）高危行为干预模式，成功建立并维护150例的全球最大的（MSM）HIV急性感染期队列。通过对该人群前瞻性研究，获得了翔实的新发感染数据，首次提出了“锁定HIV感染关键人群及关键时期”的艾滋病防控新策略，为遏制艾滋病由高危人群向普通人群的扩散，节约公共卫生资源，提高国家艾滋病综合防控能力具有重大而现实的意义。课题建立的大规模的急性期队列流行病学、临床及基础数据一体化的标本及信息数据库，为我国进一步开展艾滋病免疫学及疫苗等后续研究提供了极其宝贵的资源。
