卫生部副部长尹力在广西调研艾滋病防治工作

2010年1月22-23日，尹力副部长在参加全国疾病预防控制工作会议期间，对广西钦州市和灵山县艾滋病防治工作进行了专题调研。调研组听取了钦州市和灵山县艾滋病防治工作汇报，现场考察了钦州市疾控中心、市人民医院艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗点、美沙酮维持治疗门诊和灵山县妇幼保健院及清洁针具交换点的艾滋病防治工作。
尹力于从事艾滋病防治工作一线的工作人员进行交谈，了解他们的工作流程，听取他们对艾滋病防治工作的意见和建议。尹力在钦州市人民医院看望了正在接受抗病毒治疗的艾滋病人，在美沙酮维持治疗门诊与前来服药的吸毒者进行了交谈。他向病人了解了治疗情况和效果，并与他们亲切握手，鼓励他们遵从医嘱，坚定信心，坚持治疗，争取最好的治疗效果。
尹力肯定了广西艾滋病防治工作最近取得的进展。他强调，广西艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人基数较大，疫情发展快，防控工作处在最关键时期，工作任务极为艰巨，广西艾滋病防治工作效果对全国有重要意义。地方各级政府要将艾滋病防治作为民生工程，纳入政府重点工作，在自治区政府统一领导下，打一场全民参与的攻坚战。尹力肯定了钦州市和灵山县制定下发的艾滋病防治工作方案，同时，希望地方政府各部门尤其是卫生部门，落实部门责任，发挥自身优势，提高防治能力，切实将工作方案中提出的措施落实到位。他要求各级疾控机构和医疗服务机构要结合深化医药卫生体制改革的工作，进一步明确机构职能，完善工作机制，提高机构能力，将性病控制与艾滋病防治紧密结合，探索符合广西本地情况的艾滋病防治工作经验和做法。

Yin Li confirmed AIDS prevention in Guangxi recently achieved progress. He stressed that Guangxi, HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients with a high base, the epidemic rapid development, prevention and control work at the most critical period, the task is extremely difficult, Guangxi, AIDS prevention and control effects on the country of great significance. Local governments at all levels to AIDS prevention as a livelihood project, incorporated into the government priorities, in the autonomous regional government, under the unified leadership to fight a tough fight all the people involved. Yin Li affirmed the Qinzhou City and Ling Shanxian to formulate and issue of AIDS prevention and control programs, while the hope that the local government departments, especially the health sector, the implementation of departmental responsibilities, play to their strengths, improve prevention and control capabilities, and take active measures proposed in the work program put in place. He called on all levels of disease control agencies and health care institutions to deepen the medical and health system reform, further specific body functions, improve the working mechanism, to improve institutional capacity to STD control and AIDS prevention and control closely to explore the local situation of AIDS in line with Guangxi prevention and control work experience and practices.
