全国工商联、国艾办："红丝带健康包"免费发农民工

人民网北京9月28日电 （记者潘跃） 由全国工商联和国务院艾滋病防治工作委员会办公室共同主办，中华红丝带基金负责具体实施的“红丝带健康包”项目27日在京正式启动。该活动旨在增强和提高农民工群体职业健康意识和防艾能力。启动仪式上，全国政协副主席、全国工商联主席、中华红丝带基金名誉理事长黄孟复为青年演员王宝强颁发了中华红丝带基金农民工艾滋病防治项目关爱大使证牌。
据了解，在2008年报告的艾滋病病毒感染者中，19.5%是流动人口，在2009年和2010年1—6月报告的艾滋病病毒感染者中，这一数字分别上升至21.3%和23.5%。因此，农民工艾滋病防治宣传教育工作一直是艾滋病预防和控制工作的重要内容。“红丝带健康包”项目首批将面向北京、上海、江苏、浙江、广东等流动人口较多的省市免费向农民工群体发放健康包。
