艾滋治疗将推广中药制剂 研究内容通过国际认证

本报讯 （记者李秋萌）昨天，国际中医药预防艾滋病防治大会透露，目前，中国中医科学院广安门中医院等通过研究发现，艾滋病患者服用特制的中药颗粒剂后乏力等症状得到明显改善，受损的免疫功能也有所恢复。
据了解，中药治疗艾滋病课题旨在研究可以有效治疗艾滋病的中医药综合治疗方案，形成的中医药复方制剂将用于全国的艾滋病防治。
弥补鸡尾酒疗法不足
高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)是目前控制艾滋病感染的病程,降低患者病死率,延长生存期的有效办法，即“鸡尾酒疗法”。中国中医科学院广安门医院院长王阶表示，鸡尾酒疗法只是针对HIV病毒的治疗，由于其毒副反应、耐药性及价格昂贵等特点使其应用受到限制，约有10%至15%的病人在接受该治疗后仍无法实现免疫重建，因此国家启动了中医药治疗艾滋病的试点项目。
2008年起，在科技部和国家中医药管理局的支持下，作为本市艾滋病抗病毒治疗承担单位——广安门医院开始通过中医药重建HIV/AIDS患者免疫系统治疗的研究，这也是我国首次通过临床实验方式对中医药在治疗艾滋病的效果进行评估。
三个临床实验完成其一
据了解，此项课题研究将持续三年，招募的565名相关患者将接受三个临床实验。截至目前，其中一个实验项目已基本完成，实验人群症状体征的临床反馈显示，在服用特制的中药颗粒剂配方后，患者的症状体征都有所改善，特别是乏力、心慌、咳嗽、恶心等，生活质量也随之提高。
同时，在服用特制的中药颗粒剂配方后，部分患者的免疫功能得到有效提高，6个月时的追踪观察显示，部分患者的CD4（人体血液中一种重要的免疫细胞,患者患上艾滋病后,CD4的数量会显著减少）数值明显提高，“我们研究的目的就是帮助患者重建被破坏的免疫系统，而这个实验效果说明中医药对免疫系统是有一定作用的，但还需要进一步研究”。
王阶表示，在多项临床试验、效果评估、定期追访后，将总结出适用于艾滋病人有效的中医药复方制剂，该复方制剂将全国推广，这意味着中药治疗艾滋病的地位也将得到确认。
