中药制剂将用于艾滋病治疗 以补肾益气药材为主 费用大幅降低

本报讯 记者昨天获悉，中国中医科学院广安门中医院正在开展中医药治疗艾滋病的临床研究，形成的中医药复方制剂将用于全国的艾滋病治疗。
2008年起，国家启动了中医药治疗艾滋病的试点项目，广安门医院开始通过中医药抗艾滋病病毒治疗的研究，这也是我国首次通过临床实验方式对中医药在治疗艾滋病的效果进行评估。据了解，此项课题研究将持续三年，招募的565名相关患者将接受三个临床实验。截至目前，其中一个实验项目已基本完成，实验人群症状体征的临床反馈显示，在服用特制的中药颗粒剂配方后，患者的症状体征都有所改善。

记者：此次临床试验有何特点？
王阶：此次实验从内容设置到全面监管、效果评估等完全符合国际认证的循证医学特点的中医药治疗艾滋病的临床研究，这在我国是首次的，也得到了国际专家的认可。
记者：目前，在对艾滋病患者的治疗中，中药扮演何种角色？
王阶：现在多采取中西医结合的方式治疗，即在常用的鸡尾酒治疗后，配合服用中药以减轻西药的毒副作用。中医药在临床是有效的这点已经得到社会公认，但在机理方面还需要探索。截至今年，全国已经有19个省市进入了中医治疗项目，艾灵颗粒等六个中药制剂入选项目省艾滋病用药，十余个中药被国际药监局批准进入临床研究，但在用的中药制剂主要功能是使西药“增效减毒”。
记者：在已经完成一个临床实验中，我们使用了哪些药材？最终配方何时能公布？
王阶：其中多为补肾益气、清热解毒等有提高免疫功能的药材，比如人参、黄芪、板蓝根、枸杞子等，因为还有两个实验未完成，所以该制剂成型及研发时间尚不能确定，而且这也具有保密性。
记者：现在试验的中药配方价格是多少？与现在的治疗费用相比，是否会降低呢？
王阶：众所周知，艾滋病需要终身治疗，目前，已完成阶段的试验所用配方药材每人每日30元，而鸡尾酒治疗每人每日60至100元，但因为尚不是最终制剂，所以无法进行明确比较。
