吸毒贩毒又运毒 女艾滋病人走上不归路

每日甘肃—法治频道讯 日前，兰州市公安局城关分局禁毒大队根据线报，查获了一起运输毒品案。嫌疑人梁某雇佣史某驾驶的黑色帕萨特小轿车从兰州市到甘肃省临洮县康家崖乡购买毒品海洛因1包，返回兰州后被公安人员抓获，当场在其身上查获海洛因1包，重22.1克。本就一起普通的毒品刑事案件，谁知公安机关在进行正常核查犯罪嫌疑人身份时，发现梁某因多年吸食毒品而感染了艾滋病毒，并定期在兰州市疾控中心接受治疗。
案件在移送城关区检察院审查起诉时，办案人经仔细讯问，竟意外发现嫌疑人梁某在2008年就因贩卖毒品罪被城关区法院判处有期徒刑10年，由于患艾滋病被批准监外执行，现仍在刑罚执行期中！据梁某自述，其艾滋病症状已非常严重，每天必须靠药物维持基本的生活。
吸毒、贩毒、运毒！一个身患艾滋绝症的病人不但不爱惜自己的生命健康，却在监外执行期间继续疯狂犯罪，毒害社会。接受审判、数罪并罚，毒瘾和刑罚是她时日不多的生命的全部内容，并最终将她推上一条不归路。
