拿到化验单，王逸（化名）掉泪了，他真的感染上了艾滋病毒。说起他的遭遇，门诊部的医生也叹了口气，王逸真的挺倒霉的，几年前，老婆跑了。熬过悲痛后，终于要重新做人，他来到南京打工，却被引诱去伺候男人。伺候多了，问题也来了，他成了同性恋，不久就感染上了艾滋病毒。
王逸来自重庆农村，和很多农村娃一样，他有手艺，是一名瓦匠，很老实。因为家境贫寒，一直到27岁才娶到老婆，这样的年纪结婚在农村已经非常迟了。他的老婆不是本地人，是山西人，在重庆一家乡村企业打工，和王逸结婚后也过了两年的生活。
几年前，王逸的老婆说，有一个老乡在苏州打工，她也想到外面打工。王逸觉得，只要老婆愿意，出去打工也不是坏事。可是，就是这样一个决定害苦了王逸。
王逸说，老婆才走的那会，还经常打电话回来，老婆告诉他，她在一家服装厂当工人，每个月都有1000多元的收入。后来，电话渐渐少了，王逸打老婆的手机，却怎么也打不通。也许，过年她会回来，可是到了过年，仍然不见老婆的身影。跟她几个好姐妹打电话，大家都不知道王逸爱人的下落，打电话到老丈人家，老丈人大发雷霆：我的女儿从你家走的，我还要向你要人呢？
几次到苏州去找过爱人，可是都没有结果。后来有好心人告诉他，他老婆已经有另外的男朋友了。
王逸很伤心，很后悔也很自责，他觉得，老婆不回来肯定跟自己有很大关系，也许是自己对老婆关心太少……
生活还是要继续，看着已经有白发的父母，王逸觉得，自己必须走出阴影，随后，他就选择来南京，这样可以离老婆近一点。
他只是一个小瓦工，人又老实，找工作真的很难。后来终于在一家洗浴中心落脚了。他的工作先是做服务生，就是给客人端水送茶，后来又成技工，专门给客人按摩，有时候客人会给点小费。
这样一个月的收入能有2000元，因为洗浴中心包吃包住，王逸觉得，这样的生活还不错。
有一天，领班对王逸说，有一个包间需要一个按摩的，让王逸好好服务，那位客人很大方。领班让王逸一定要将客人伺候好，因为那个客人是他们洗浴中心的大客户。领班还对他说，如果伺候不好，他就不要干了。
到了包间后，王逸很认真，每个穴位都按摩得非常到位。可是，那个客人却对他动手动脚的，后来才知道，原来自己被“强奸”了。事后，那个客人给了一沓钱。
王逸有些伤心，更多的是羞愧。后来，他接待了很多这样的客人，他这才知道，这部分人叫“同性恋”。不知不觉中，他也成了其中一员。
最近，他老觉得自己下身有些痒，于是到疾控部门的门诊部进行治疗，他确实患上了梅毒。
在询问中，医生知道了他特殊经历，建议其做一个艾滋病病毒检测，结果显示阳性。
分析： 进城务工人员是高危群体
记者了解到，今年1-9月份，江苏省新增艾滋病病毒感染者为600多人，艾滋病人200人，这个数据比去年增加了20%。
江苏省疾控中心副主任羊海涛说，在所有艾滋病病毒感染者中，进城务工人员仍然占有相当大的比例。
这部分人群毕竟是青壮年为主，远离故土居无定所，卫生问题都是大问题，对艾滋病预防有很多盲区。
干预： 艾滋病人可约诊“阳光医生”
到医院拔个牙、看普通感冒验个血，这些看似普通的就医权利，对于艾滋病病毒感染者来说，却常常遭到医生的拒绝，有的医生因为恐惧艾滋病甚至不愿接诊。近期,南京12家三级医院的20名医生志愿者加入阳光医生,为艾滋病病毒感染者提供最基本的就医权利。
江苏省疾控中心副主任羊海涛说，目前，南京正在进行试点，用这样的形势可以缓解对艾滋病感染者的歧视。
探索： 吸毒者有望异地喝“美沙酮”
自2006年2月江苏第一批美沙酮门诊开设至今，国家共批准江苏设立美沙酮社区药物维持治疗门诊18个，其中南京3个，无锡5个，常州、苏州各2个，南通、连云港、盐城、镇江、扬州、泰州各1个。
江苏省疾控中心副主任羊海涛说，吸毒人群也是艾滋病的高危人群，但这部分人常常也是流动人群。所以，江苏省疾控中心正在探索异地喝美沙酮的干预措施。这一方案目前正在探索阶段。
