河南新郑市三项活动迎接世界艾滋病日

在第23个世界艾滋病日来临之际，河南省新郑市人口计生委、市计生协会充分利用计划生育系统管理机制健全，网络覆盖面广，队伍善做群众工作等优势，扎实做好艾滋病预防工作。
宣传教育活动。市人口计生委、市计生协会联合市疾控中心开展艾滋病知识宣传教育活动。一是设立艾滋病宣传站点，悬挂宣传条幅，张贴宣传画，发放宣传资料达4万余份；二是组织县疾控中心的业务骨干在全市各中学和乡村人口学校开展防治艾滋病知识宣传培训，并联合教体局开设青苹果网站，全市近6万名中学生接受了教育；三是关爱高危人群。联合工商、公安、卫生部门对宾馆、发廊、娱乐场所的老板和从业人员进行倡导和培训，并定期送宣传品和安全套。目前，已对23个娱乐场所，16个宾馆及招待所，40个发廊的业主进行了专项培训。
安全套推广活动。市人口计生委投入6万元购买了16部自动售套机，安装在集市、宾馆和娱乐场所，使需求者随时都能得到安全套。并增设安全套营销网点15个，每个医药零售点均有安全套销售专柜，安全套品种不少于2种。结合妇科病普查普治工作，大力宣传安全套的双重防护功能，提倡已落实其他节育措施的育龄人群特别是患生殖道感染的育龄人群全部使用安全套。
关怀救助行动。对因艾滋病导致生产困难的家庭，切实解决生产、生活中的实际困难，目前已对10户因艾滋病导致的贫困户实施帮扶，提供帮扶资金3.4万元。（新郑市人口计生委供稿）

Joint industry and commerce, public security, health sector hotels, salons, entertainment boss and practitioners of advocacy and training, and regularly send promotional materials and condoms. At present, has 23 entertainment venues, hotels and guest houses 16, 40 salon owners conducted a special training.
Condom promotion activities. Population and Family Planning Commission invested 60,000 yuan to buy a set of 16 vending machines installed in the market, hotels and entertainment venues, the demand for those who can get condoms at any time. And creation of marketing outlets in 15 condoms, each pharmaceutical sales counters at retail outlets are condoms, condom varieties of not less than 2. Conducting general surveys with gynecological diseases, and vigorously promote the dual protection of condoms, other birth control measures have been implemented to promote the reproductive age population, especially of childbearing age suffer from reproductive tract infections among all use condoms.
Care for relief operations. Lead to the production difficulties due to AIDS in the family, and properly resolve the production, the practical difficulties of life, has led to the 10 poor households due to AIDS, the implementation of aid, providing relief fund 34,000 yuan.
