　　今年73岁高龄的桂希恩是卫生部艾滋病治疗组专家，武汉大学医学院艾滋病防治研究中心主任。上世纪90年代末，桂希恩发现中国第一个艾滋病村，率先调查和披露了我国中原地区艾滋病高发疫情，拉响了国家防艾战役的警报。他治疗帮助过数不清的艾滋病病人，还曾把患者接到家中共同生活了5天，以证明艾滋病可防可控。一直与艾滋病患者接触的桂希恩，最近又给自己做了血液检测，结果再次表明未感染艾滋病，他把自己的检查单向公众公开，以此证实艾滋病并不可怕。

　　桂希恩说，有人10年前预测我国2010年艾滋病患者将超千万，截至目前已发现患者37万多人，感染者少于1000万，这一切源于政府的重视、社会的参与，使献血感染得到控制，艾滋病病死率下降。但是，性传播已成为艾滋病感染主要途径，大学生感染者逐年增加，艾滋病防治形势严峻。

　　“有些大学生认为，艾滋病离自己很远。其实你们不知道，它早已经进入了校园。”桂希恩教授透露，目前他接诊的大学生艾滋病患者已有55人，包括男生46名、女生9名。这些大学生患者分布在文科、理工、师范院校等，其中也有医学生，通过性途径感染者多达40人，甚至包括同性性传播。

　　半岛都市报11月28日讯(记者 李晓哲) “让‘艾’拥有爱”，11月28日，四方区卫生局同洛阳路街道办组织艾滋病日宣传进社区，海琴广场上由社区居民共同拼贴出一个大大的红丝带。当日青岛科技大学红十字协会分会的大学生志愿者们成为义务宣传员，走进社区发放宣传材料和安全套。刚开始个别志愿者觉得发放安全套难为情。而接到宣传材料后有些市民表示接受，有些市民则反应比较强烈。

　　大学生发安全套难为情

　　负责深入社区发放宣传材料的是来自青岛科技大学红十字协会分会的志愿者们，同时他们要向居民发放安全套，宣传防艾知识。今年读大一的学生岳丽萍接过需要分发的安全套，跟同伴尴尬地对视一笑，“以前从来没接触过，感觉还是有点怪怪的。”不过为了完成宣传任务 ，她还是跟同学来到社区中。刚开始，小岳只发宣传材料，不好意思发安全套，并且把它放在材料下面盖住。“不知道该发放给谁。”记者注意到，她在谈话中故意回避提及“安全套”这三个字。

　　有人反应激烈有人支持

　　终于鼓起勇气来，小岳把第一份送给了一个女生，“这是我们宣传防控艾滋病的材料，还有这个给你。”

　　“我都觉得难为情。”收到宣传材料和安全套的李女士说。接下来发放工作就相对流畅了，不多久就完成了任务。“有些人还是不太理解，我刚把材料给他们，对方跟触电一样，喊着‘哎呀，这是什么东西啊！’就飞速离开了。”她说。不过小岳说 ，大部分人还是挺支持他们的，“这次活动，也是对我自己的一个教育。”她说。

　　艾滋病宣传应常态举行

　　在前来参加活动的市民中，记者随机做了一项调查，发现市民对于艾滋病患者的接纳程度和对防艾知识掌握还是在不断提高。“这几年通过媒体也了解到很多相关知识，对这个病也不再惧怕，洁身自爱就是了。”市民宋先生说。而今年54岁的崔学俊是带着3岁的外孙女来参加活动的，他能回答出艾滋病传播的3种主要途径。

　　“平时没有机会做这样的宣传，只有艾滋病日才有。”四方区洛阳路街道张主任介绍，这些年对于艾滋病宣传的活动越来越多，但都集中在艾滋病日前后，“平常日谁也不愿意提起艾滋病这件事，大家心里还是有疙瘩。今后社区要加强这方面的宣传，让其成为常态。”
