张德轩：不断提高艾滋病防治救助水平

11月2日，副市长张德轩带领有关部门负责同志，深入上蔡县调研艾滋病防治救助、人口计生、教育等工作。
张德轩一行到上蔡县芦岗街道办事处尚庄村卫生所，看望了正在接受治疗的艾滋病患者，并鼓励他们树立生活信心，积极进行治疗。
在随后召开的座谈会上，张德轩指出，近期市政府将组织相关部门对艾滋病防治救助措施落实、资金使用、群众满意度等工作，认真检查一次，发现新问题及时解决，不断提高艾滋病防治救助水平。
张德轩还深入上蔡县人口性别比综合治理办公室、上蔡县苏豫中学等地进行调研。
座谈会上，张德轩听取了该县今年初以来经济运行情况及下一步工作打算。（记者 代廷伟）
