宁德网消息 (记者 林珺 文/图) “艾滋病不会通过握手、近距离交谈、蚊虫叮咬等途径传播，大家不要歧视艾滋病患者，也不要对他们怀有恐惧的心理。”昨晚，市红丝带爱心联盟、市疾病预防控制中心在宁德师范学院联合开展“同心、同力、红丝带——艾滋病反歧视宣传活动”。活动中，市疾控中心工作人员为大学生们佩戴上象征艾滋病防治的红丝带(如图)，共同加入到关怀艾滋病患者的行动中。
由于艾滋病知识的缺乏，人们通常对艾滋病及艾滋病患者怀有歧视与恐惧心理，甚至排斥和孤立他们，因此，普及艾滋病知识、消除恐惧和歧视心理是艾滋病防治工作的关键之一。在活动现场，主办方通过播放宣传片、讲座、情景剧表演、互动游戏、有奖问答等方式，向大学生们宣传预防艾滋病的各种知识，也倡导大家对艾滋病患者多一份包容、多一份关爱。
