新华网北京１２月２１日电（记者李亚红）全国农民工预防艾滋病“进工厂，进工地”宣传教育活动２１日在北京启动。活动希望通过发挥多部门联合工作的优势，把艾滋病防治知识送到农民工手中，提高农民工艾滋病防治知识的知晓率，减少危险行为。
在活动现场，卫生部疾病预防控制局副局长郝阳说，随着我国社会经济的发展，人口的流动性越来越大。目前有２亿多农村劳动力转移到城市，这些农民工的年龄大部分在１８至４９岁之间，由于远离家庭，生理、心理和卫生知识缺乏等因素，使他们成为受艾滋病等重大传染病影响的重要人群之一。做好农民工群体的艾滋病防治工作，有利于遏制艾滋病蔓延。
郝阳指出，全国各地、各有关部门在“进工厂，进工地”宣传教育活动中，要注重效果，积极完成中央补助地方的艾滋病防治经费项目。在北京、天津、上海、浙江、江苏等地开展的全球基金艾滋病防治项目要实施好，确保农民工艾滋病防治知识教育覆盖人数目标的实现。
据悉，此活动由国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室、卫生部、全国工商联等联合主办，北京市防治艾滋病工作委员办公室、北京市卫生局承办，北京市疾病预防控制中心协办。（完）
