美国科学家称痤疮药可阻止艾滋病毒扩散

　　环球网实习记者李宗泽报道，据伊朗媒体FNA3月21日报道，美国约翰·霍普金斯大学的科学家发现目前正在使用的一种治疗痤疮的抗生素可有效阻止艾滋病毒扩散或复制。

　　科学家们发现，二甲胺四环素配合鸡尾酒疗法(HAART)有望改善传统治疗艾滋病的方法，而且可降低病毒的耐药性。因为二甲胺四环素攻击的是细胞而不是病毒蛋白。所以对于研究人员最大的挑战是，如何使病毒处于“休眠”状态，同时使用鸡尾酒疗法降低病毒复制的速度。　　

　　传统鸡尾酒疗法虽然保护病人不容易得病，但这并不是真正的治愈。虽然病毒量降低了，但并没有完全消除，仍然躲避在免疫细胞内，如果病人停止鸡尾酒疗法或没按时吃药，病毒就会起死回生，再次扩散。

　　试验证明，二甲胺四环素可极大地降低病毒量，而且影响T细胞的活化与繁殖。当T细胞降低了，人们往往会认为免疫系统受损，但结果显示并未出现类似的症状。二甲胺四环素只攻击那些受感染的T细胞，所以针对性极强。但遗憾的是二甲胺四环素人仍不能完全去除病毒。

　　虽然不能完全消除病毒，但二甲胺四环素为科学家们指明了一条方向，即寻找更多作用等同于二甲胺四环素的药剂。
