    新华网达累斯萨拉姆３月２４日电（记者郭春菊）世界卫生组织非洲区域办事处主管路易斯·桑博在３月２４日世界防治结核病日到来之际说，薄弱的国家医疗卫生体系是非洲防治结核病的主要障碍，他呼吁非洲国家投入更多资金防治结核病，并建立高质量的结核病实验室网络。

    桑博在世卫组织非洲区域办事处网站上发表文章说，非洲人口占全球人口的约１２％，但每年新增结核病病例却占全球新增结核病病例的２２％。非洲结核病发生率全球最高，但发现率只有４７％，治愈率只有７９％。世卫组织曾提出结核病发现率和治愈率要分别达到７０％和８５％的全球目标，２００８年，非洲国家中达到７０％发现率目标的只有１２个，达到８５％治愈率目标的则只有１３个。

    桑博还指出非洲结核病和艾滋病双重感染问题。他说，非洲３５％的结核病病例同时感染了艾滋病病毒，非洲艾滋病病毒感染者中有４０％死于结核病。而耐药性使非洲结核病问题雪上加霜，目前非洲已有３３个国家报告了至少１例耐多药结核病，其中８个国家报告了至少１例广泛耐药结核病。

    桑博呼吁非洲国家政府、非政府组织和社区机构等协调行动，保证高质量的结核病药物供应，加强对耐药结核病的监控管理，并针对艾滋病病毒感染者加强结核病有关检查，使他们及时得到相关治疗。

The drug-resistant tuberculosis in Africa the problem worse, now 33 countries in Africa have already reported at least one cases of MDR-TB, of which eight countries have reported at least one cases of XDR-TB.

　　中国-默沙东艾滋病合作项目（简称“中默项目”）2010年监督委员会会议3月19日下午在成都召开。卫生部国际司、疾控局、医政司、四川省卫生厅、四川省凉山州政府、默沙东（中国）有限公司和项目办公室代表参加了会议。

　　会议肯定了项目2009年度工作进展，并通过了2010年策略目标和重点活动、项目中期评估、美沙酮运送药品车辆采购、人力资源配置等重要议题。项目监督委员会中方主席、卫生部国际合作司司长任明辉强调，项目执行地区要进一步加强对项目的重视，增强主人翁意识，加大项目的执行力度，充分利用国际合作项目的平台，继续探索艾滋病防治的有效模式，并注重统筹规划和资源整合。
