湖南全面启用艾滋病二线治疗药物 病人生存期延长

红网长沙4月21日讯（潇湘晨报滚动新闻记者 刘少龙）一艾滋病患者突然病重，一线治疗药物无效。长沙市艾滋病治疗专家王敏教授立即向北京求助，随着二线药物注入患者体内，患者病情很快得到控制。
“艾滋病治疗的二线药物，基本上是国际上最先进的治疗药物，对患者无疑是很有帮助的。以后，艾滋病会和糖尿病一样，患者寿命堪比正常人。”20日，湖南省全球基金艾滋病项目正式在长沙启动，湖南省疾控中心性病艾滋病防治科科长陈曦教授说，今后，湖南省艾滋病患者基本上都能获得二线药物治疗。
今年可获1500多万元资金
全球基金于2002年成立，是一种国际卫生融资新途径，它由政府、民间团体、私营部门及社团组成。2009年11月，我国与全球抗击艾滋病、结核病和疟疾基金签订协议。
2009年11月，我国成功申请了全球基金艾滋病项目，将正在执行的第三、四、五、六、八轮艾滋病项目整合成一个项目。项目总经费为5.1亿美元，周期6年，覆盖全国所有省份。项目总目标是扩大我国艾滋病预防、治疗和关怀服务，促进高危人群、艾滋病病毒感染者和病人对艾滋病综合防治服务的全面可及。
我省的项目地区将由原来的15个项目县拓展到全省，重点是13个市州、65个县，项目活动将涉及全省所有县市区（含长沙市），2010年我省项目经费总额为人民币1500多万元。周期6年，分2期执行，每期3年。头3年，我省的经费大约为4000多万元。
二线药物全面推开 病人生存期大大延长
近年来，我国政府对艾滋病人实行“四免一关怀”政策。但少部分患者接受抗病毒治疗1-2年后，病毒重新上升，“CD4淋巴细胞”持续下降，新的症状和感染如皮疹、口腔炎、肺部感染等又重新出现。
陈曦教授介绍，2005年，我国对艾滋病人开展免费抗病毒治疗，所用药物基本上都为齐多夫定、司它夫定等一线药物，但对于已经发生耐药者，则需要换用二线治疗药物。
陈曦教授说，根据全球基金的艾滋病项目，我省的药物治疗将启用二线药物，对患者将是一个很大的利好消息，二线药物也是免费的。这样的话，艾滋病人的生存期，将大大延长，有望和正常人一样，艾滋病也变成了一种像糖尿病一样的慢性疾病。
项目还将在社会推广一些有利于艾滋病防治的环境，特别是在反歧视方面；开展高危人群的干预，同时加强母婴阻断工作。
