[柳州]中美合作全球艾滋病项目广西座谈会举行

5月26日晚上，中美合作全球艾滋病项目广西座谈会在柳州举行，中美双方就广西防治艾滋病工作进行了交流。国家卫生部、中国疾病预防控制中心、美国卫生与人类服务部全球卫生事务办公室、美国领事馆、美国国立研究院、美国疾病预防控制中心全球艾滋病项目中国办事处、自治区卫生厅、自治区疾病预防控制中心、自治区龙潭医院、柳州市卫生局、柳州市疾病预防控制中心、鹿寨县卫生局、鹿寨县疾病预防控制中心等单位的领导及专家参加了座谈会。
人民网广西频道柳州5月27日电 5月26日晚上，中美合作全球艾滋病项目广西座谈会在柳州举行，中美双方就广西防治艾滋病工作进行了交流。
会上，广西疾病预防控制中心主任助理刘伟向国家卫生部领导、美国卫生与人类服务部官员及相关人员汇报了广西开展中美合作全球艾滋病项目以来的工作情况，鹿寨县卫生部门负责人介绍了该县HIV/AIDS流行情况以及采取的应对措施。
中美合作全球艾滋病项目自2007年启动以来，广西各有关部门通过有效的执行项目计划并结合当地艾滋病防治资源，不仅建立了专业的艾滋病病人及感染者随访队伍和工作机制，同时也提高了流行病学调查率及随访率，加强了专业防治队伍的能力建设，提高了艾滋病病人及病毒感染者关怀服务的可及性和获得性。同时也通过明确专业随访队伍的职责和利益，建立了社区卫生服务中心为平台的二次随访工作机制，培训随访工作队，开展入户调查对匿名检测的人员进行确认及排除，以明确当地疫情人数，对艾滋病病人及感染者进行有效的管理。美国卫生与人类服务部全球卫生事务办公室主任尼尔先生代表美方，对广西的防艾工作所取得的成绩给予了充分肯定，双方还就如何更好地开展以后的工作进行了友好、坦诚的交流。
