申请过程
为了申请鲍奖，组织必须提交详细的资料以展示他们在七个关键方面的成就和进步：领导；战略策划；顾客和市场聚焦；测量、分析和知识管理；劳动力；流程管理；以及结果。申请者将接受一个独立评审团300到1000小时的评审和一份关于组织优势和改进机会的详细报告。“申请鲍奖的过程是你能得到的最佳，最有成本效益，以及全面的商业健康审核，”前鲍奖审判员，Honeywell, Inc公司质量副总裁 Arnold Weimerskirch说。
鲍德里奇国家质量奖计划的影响
自从第一个奖在1988年颁发以来，鲍德里奇国家质量奖计划已经在高度和影响上持续扩大。今天，鲍德里奇计划，鲍德里奇卓越绩效准则，以及鲍德里奇奖的接受者被全世界模仿和钦佩。
