中澳艾滋病亚洲区域项目年度跨境协调会召开

“边境地区HIV疫情严峻，但目前各国大多注重本国干预，缺乏合作干预，如今，通过HAAPP项目，我们可以思考下，如何开展跨境合作。”在昨日召开的中澳艾滋病亚洲区域项目2010年度跨境协调会上，云南项目经理朵林如是说。
6月27日，来自中澳艾滋病亚洲区域项目中国子项目国家项目办的官员的领导，越南、老挝、缅甸国家项目办的代表，越、老、缅及云南省之间五个相关边境口岸防治艾滋病的中外官员及专家，广西的代表齐聚昆明，共同分享艾滋病防治的信息、交流艾滋病防治的经验、探讨跨境艾滋病防治的合作。云南省卫生厅副厅长、云南省防治艾滋病局局长徐和平说，这次会议的召开对深化从国家层面及云南省与越南、缅甸、老挝等国家就跨境开展艾滋病防治合作与交流的沟通与对话、建立长期跨境交流合作机制，促进跨境项目的有效实施将起到积极作用。
云南与缅甸、老挝、越南接壤，边境线长达4060公里，地理位置靠近“金三角”地区，云南省累计报告HIV感染者已超过7万人。云南省中澳艾滋病项目在与缅甸相接壤的盈江县、陇川县、瑞丽市，与老挝相临的勐腊县、与越南相邻的河口县开展内容多样的跨境合作活动。
徐和平说，跨境项目启动以来，针对在边境地区不同种类的高危人群（越南及缅甸暗娼、老挝、缅甸、云南省边境长卡司机、湄公河船员、中缅边境地区吸毒人群等）进行的调查研究及分析表明，与邻国边境地区建立合作机制，开展跨境联合干预的必要性。徐和平建议整合周边邻国防治艾滋病资源，形成“双边信息互通，经验共享”的局面，从而有效遏制云南省及邻国边境地区艾滋病的传播与蔓延。（记者 李映青）

艾滋病小偷使坏 反扒队员奋不顾身

已是深夜10点多了，湖滨派出所协警大队突然热闹起来。“太值得敬佩了，我怎么也得连夜送过来。”一位女士特地从城西打的赶过来，手拿锦旗，感谢反扒队员。“帮她抓了偷手机的贼，怎么会如此激动呢？”
“抓的时候我们不知道，其中一名小偷得了艾滋病，身上都已溃烂了。”在一旁的反扒队员王连国说，傍晚时候，他和队员在长生路与东坡路交叉口发现两名可疑者，一男一女，男的看上去只有20岁出头，女的应该有30多岁了。
“两人肯定是刚偷到手机，正在处理手机上证据，销毁SIM卡。于是我和队员便追上去，将两人抓了。”对方交了手机后，队员准备将其押送派出所。“这两个人脸色十分难看，好像生了重病的样子，其中那个男的身上有多处溃烂。”王连国说，就在队员带他们到派出所路上时，那个男的拼命抓身上的溃烂处，然后往反扒队员身上抹。凭经验，队员们知道两人可能患病，于是迅速将其制服。
果然，押到派出所后他们除了交代偷手机的过程外，承认自己患了艾滋病。令队员们感到庆幸的是，他们身上都没有伤口，再就是大家动作较快，迅速控制，否则后果难于设想。
反扒队员们从手机卡上得到了杨女士的信息，于是通知她来领取手机。得知抓获这两个小偷背后有如此惊险的事情发生，杨女士决定连夜上门感谢。
