劳教场所艾滋病人实行划片就医

本报6月30日讯（记者 王芳）今日记者从省卫生厅获悉，省司法厅和省卫生厅联合下发通知，明确规定了劳教场所内的艾滋病人员划片就诊的医院和范围。按要求，劳教场所艾滋病人员同普通艾滋病患者一样，享受“四免一关怀”政策。各级医疗机构与劳教场所应相互沟通和配合，为劳教场所艾滋病人员提供良好的医治环境和条件。《禁毒法》实施后，我省劳教场所开始收治强制隔离戒毒人员。随着收容量的不断增加，艾滋病病毒感染者人数也不断增多，很多人患有淋巴肿大、多脏器感染、咳血、皮肤溃烂等机会性感染和心脏病。劳教场所受医疗条件和水平的限制，无法应对复杂的机会性感染和其他严重疾病，大都需要送往当地医院进行就诊。为使劳教场所艾滋病人员顺利就诊，省司法厅和省卫生厅对省内的驻地劳教所艾滋病病毒感染者就诊确定了划片就诊的医院。
