杭州抽查三所大学2000大学生 8人感染艾滋病毒

记者从杭州市疾病预防控制中心2010年上半年主任书记会议上获悉，截至2010年5月31日，杭州市今年已新发现的艾滋病感染者超过3位数；杭州市西湖区疾控中心在所辖的三所大学结合体检，抽查了三所大学2000名大学生，结果发现有8名学生感染上艾滋病病毒。
杭州市疾病预防控制中心为加大各种防控措施，遏止疫情的进一步扩大：截至5月31日，该中心性病艾滋病防制所对230例新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)和病人(AIDS)进行全方面的个体调查，对涉及到的453人进行及时随访，全市已建立的43个自愿咨询检测室(VCT点)对5456名有危险行为的人进行咨询和HIV抗体检测，及时发现新的感染者，并加以有效和及时的防控措施；对19649名五类重点人群(如暗娼、男男同性恋、外来流动人员、吸毒和服刑人员等)进行大范围的筛查，对156名病人进行免费的抗病毒治疗，改善他们的生命质量。
在高危行为的干预上，杭州市疾病预防控制中心对暗娼、男男同性恋、流动人员、吸毒四类人群共25多万人进行地毯式的及时干预，免费发放安全套61多万只、宣传资料19多万份，HIV抗体检测369人次。
杭州疾控方面专门邀请河北爱之光关爱小组负责人中国首位贝利马丁奖获得者――慕容枫来杭宣讲，他本人兼具多重角色：既是一位同性恋者，又是一位在年青因荒唐事感染上艾滋病病毒的受害者，同时他还是一位致力于艾滋病防治并做出有益贡献的公益人士。

中国卫生部副部长尹力说：“中国政府高度重视艾滋病防治工作，国家领导人率先垂范，倡导并带动全社会维护艾滋病病毒感染者与病人权益，反对歧视，身体力行，目前，政府在多项政策法规中作了明确要求。”
中华预防医学会会长、中国红丝带北京论坛临时指导委员会主席王陇德院士指出：“只有贯彻‘以人为本’的理念，维护艾滋病感染者与病人的合法权益，才能更有效地落实艾滋病防治的策略与措施，进一步扩大艾滋病防治服务的范围，提高艾滋病病毒感染者和受艾滋病影响人群的生活质量。”
