杭州市加大艾滋病防控力度 有效遏止疫情扩大

虽然，2010年上半年的性病艾滋病的防控形势仍是十分的严峻。在高危行为的干预上，上半年该中心对暗娼、男男同性恋、流动人员、吸毒四类人群共25多万人进行地毯式的及时干预，免费发放安全套61多万只、宣传资料19多万份，HIV抗体检测369人次。
浙江在线健康网7月5日讯(通讯员施水泉)虽然，2010年上半年的性病艾滋病的防控形势仍是十分的严峻。但是杭州市的这一阵线的有效防控力度却是空前地加强，有效地遏止疫情进一步扩大。在最近召开的全市疾病预防控制中心2010年上半年主任书记会议上，市疾控中心公布了采取各项有措施所取得的成果。
据了解，截止2010年5月31日，杭州市今年已新发现的艾滋病感染者超过3位数，比去年同期增长7.28%，其中青年学生占3.7%，传播途径以性接触为主，其中男男同性恋所占的比例又进一步上升，比例为48.3%。同性恋不洁性行为感染者在青年学生中有增加趋势。最近，杭州市西湖区疾控中心在所辖的三所大学结合体检，抽查了三所大学2000名大学生，结果发现有8名学生感染上艾滋病病毒，阳性率在0.4%。
与此同时，该中心加大各种防控措施，有力遏止疫情的进一步扩大：截止5月31日，该中心性病艾滋病防制所对230例新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)和病人(AIDS)进行全方面的个体调查，对涉及到的453人进行及时随访，全市已建立的43个自愿咨询检测室(VCT点)对5456名有危险行为的人进行咨询和HIV抗体检测，及时发现新的感染者，并加以有效和及时的防控措施；对19649名五类重点人群(如暗娼、男男同性恋、外来流动人员、吸毒和服刑人员等)进行大范围的筛查，对156名病人进行免费的抗病毒治疗，改善他们的生命质量。
在高危行为的干预上，上半年该中心对暗娼、男男同性恋、流动人员、吸毒四类人群共25多万人进行地毯式的及时干预，免费发放安全套61多万只、宣传资料19多万份，HIV抗体检测369人次。
积极开展艾滋病项目，中英项目继续以市委党校为平台，开展党政干部培训场，人数达400多人，开展建筑工地培训8场，流动人员达600多名。
值得一提的是，艾滋病的高危行为干预培训，该中心今年上半年创新了艾滋病防控宣传的方式与思路。专门邀请河北爱之光关爱小组负责人慕容枫来杭宣讲。他本人兼具多重角色。既是一位同性恋者，又是一位在年青因荒唐事感染上艾滋病病毒的受害者，同时他还是一位致力于艾滋病防治并做出有益贡献的公益人士(我国首次贝利马丁奖获得者)。他以各种青年人喜闻乐见的形式，如身份排队游戏、热身看手掌游戏等，使与课者端正对艾滋病感染者和病人的看法：如身份排队游戏，说明了社会上没有危险职业，只有危险的行为；看手掌游戏，正看五个手指，侧看是一个手指，说明看问题的角度不一样，得出的结果就一样。在该中心性病艾滋病防制所的精心安排下，慕容先生先后在杭州对大学生、感染者、男男同性恋、吸毒人员、流动人员和疾病防控专业人员等各种人群进行多场极为生动的宣讲，引起极大的反响，受教育者达数千人。这种形式在杭州还是第一次采用。
