联合国官员呼吁俄罗斯加强艾滋病防治

新华网莫斯科７月８日电（记者聂云鹏）联合国艾滋病规划署一名官员８日呼吁俄罗斯政府加强艾滋病防治工作。
联合国艾滋病规划署欧洲和中亚地区主任丹尼斯·布龙当天在莫斯科说，俄罗斯目前艾滋病发病率处于上升趋势，去年新增艾滋病病毒感染者数量比前年增加了８％，艾滋病死亡人数达到了１．４万人。在新增艾滋病病毒感染者中，吸毒者比例明显增加，２００６年这一比例为１２％，去年则增加到１６％。
布龙认为，俄罗斯目前的艾滋病病毒检测技术和标准较为落后，那些血液中艾滋病病毒水平已经超标的人员未被视为艾滋病患者并得到相应治疗。为此，需要按照世界卫生组织的要求改变俄现行的艾滋病病毒检测标准，采取必要的预防措施，并对民众开展宣传教育工作。
统计数据显示，俄罗斯艾滋病病毒感染者近年来不断增多，目前俄罗斯登记的艾滋病病毒感染者超过５０万人，２００８年新增感染者５．４万人，比２００７年增加２０．６％，２００９年上半年新增感染者人数比前年同期上升１３％。

中新网7月7日电 据香港《文汇报》7日报道，美国哈佛医学院的研究发现，男士服食威而钢(俗称“伟哥”)等治阳痿药，感染艾滋病等性病的机会较高；即使是首次获医生处方开服治阳痿药之前的一年，他们感染性病机会同样较高，原因相信与他们进行高风险性行为有关。
哈佛医学院研究员调查逾100万份男士医疗保险纪录，其中近3.4万人获医生处方至少1种治阳痿药，其余则没有，研究主要观察保单上有否出现关于性病的报销码。结果发现，服食治阳痿药的人在首次获得医生处方前的12个月，感染HIV病毒、衣原体、淋病和梅毒的机会较高。
治阳痿药在坊间非常普及，包括辉瑞药厂生产的威而钢、葛兰素史克的立威大和礼来药厂的犀利士。研究发现，在每10万名之前一年没服食治阳痿药的男士中，平均有66.5人感染HIV病毒；而获处方治阳痿药的男士，则有平均147.2人在前一年感染HIV病毒。
