济南医院检测很全面 一岁男童术前竟要查艾滋

一名年仅一岁半的男童患上睾丸鞘膜积液，当在医院做完手术结算费用时，家人竟发现医院为孩子做了艾滋、梅毒检查，且事先并没有通知，家长对此非常不解。医院表示要为孩子做手术，包括艾滋、梅毒在内的所有检查都得做，而卫生部门则表示，目前还没有明确规定。
家长疑惑一岁半孩子术前查梅毒
7月中旬，省城市民赵先生年仅1岁半的儿子小雨(化名)感到身体不适，到山东济南一家医院检查后发现，小雨患上了睾丸鞘膜积液。“医生告诉我们，孩子病情并不严重，很简单的一个小手术就能治愈。”10日上午，赵先生告诉记者，经和家人商量后，他们便准备到医院为孩子进行手术治疗。
据赵先生回忆，他们在医院安排好后，医生为孩子做了全面检查，并进行了抽血化验，时间不长便开始进行了手术。“当时医生表示手术非常顺利，休息几天就没事了。”赵先生说，但当其结算医疗费用时，却发现光检查费就1000多元。在医院出具的医疗清单上，打印着各种项目，让他吃惊的是清单上竟有梅毒、艾滋病等检查项目。 “我儿子才1岁半，难道也要检查艾滋吗?”赵先生表示，医生事先并没跟他说要检查这些，“我根本就不知道，更没有经我同意。”赵先生表示，这不只是费用的问题，一个1岁半的孩子检测梅毒、艾滋，让家长在感情上很难接受。
医院解释术前检查项目是必需的

卫生部门术前检查尚无明确规定
记者走访了解到，目前济南市大多数医院在做外科手术前，都要为患者做艾滋病检查。对此，济南市卫生局医政处处长齐先文说，术前查艾滋并没有明确的文件规定，但这一检查有较好的预防功能，在医院已经形成常规。对于医院的一些特殊检查，齐处长表示院方应该及时告知患者。
齐先文介绍，目前医院对患者检查时，往往在检查单据上填写代号或字母，有的患者可能一下认不出来，导致误会，但术前的各种检查还是很有必要的，术前检查艾滋病，有利于切断医源性感染。对于输血病人，艾滋等各种项目均要进行检查，但对于梅毒检查并没有硬性规定。
