“8月2日早上7时45分，这是我和上海第一次亲密接触的时间。”12岁的涛涛拨开双层卧铺大巴的窗帘，好奇地望着窗外陌生的城市。远处高楼鳞次栉比，身边车辆川流不息，滚滚热浪扑面而来……这是上海留给涛涛的第一印象。他从书包里拿出日记本写下了上面这句话。涛涛是临汾市传染病医院“红丝带小学”的学生，也是一名艾滋病患儿，当天，他和另外14名同学乘坐长途大巴，跋涉1550公里来到了“东方明珠”大上海，他们要参观世博园。
这次活动是艾滋病宣传大使、著名演员濮存昕为孩子们联系的。本报作为省内惟一媒体全程报道了孩子们的世博之行（见8月4日-6日《本报记者随行艾滋病患儿看世博系列报道》）。
艾滋患儿来到大上海
“红丝带小学”的孩子年龄最大的14岁，最小的只有6岁。他们来自全省各地，90%是因母婴传播染上艾滋病病毒的。
涛涛1998年出生于绛县农村。妈妈生他的时候，因剖腹产失血过多需要输血，结果“输上了坏人的血”，妈妈和他都感染了艾滋病。
涛涛4岁的时候，妈妈走了。7岁的时候，他也被查出患了艾滋病。爸爸没有放弃他，变卖了家中所有家当为他看病。后来，他被临汾市传染病医院“绿色港湾”收治，在“绿色港湾”已经6年，他已把“红丝带小学”当成了自己的家。
涛涛只是“绿色港湾”“红丝带小学”中的一名普通艾滋病患儿，直到他被顾长卫选中主演一部预计今年9月上映的反歧视电影，他才成为“绿色港湾”的小明星。
孩子们到达入住酒店时，“红丝带小学”荣誉校长濮存昕早已迎候在那里了。“濮校长。”看到濮存昕的那一刻，涛涛和同学们都叫出了声。涛涛对妈妈的印象很淡，对濮校长却印象深刻。
涛涛第一次见到濮校长，是2008年春节。濮存昕、李丹阳带着亲笔签名的书籍、衣服和学习用品来到“红丝带小学”的孩子们中间。见到两位大明星时，涛涛和同学们都惊呆了！他们不敢相信以前只能在电视上看到的明星而今就在自己身边。
孩子们给濮存昕表演节目，偎依在他怀里讲述自己的不幸遭遇，濮存昕被深深感动了。通过这次亲密接触，濮存昕心里惦记上了这些可爱又可怜的孩子，他义不容辞地担任了该校的荣誉校长，李丹阳、蒋雯丽也加入进来，成为该校的荣誉老师。
濮存昕和“红丝带小学”结下了不解之缘，他专门为该校设立了“爱心基金”，每年给孩子们的资助不低于5万元。此后每年，他都要专门抽出时间与孩子们在一起。
2009年5月30日，濮存昕再次走进“绿色港湾”，为“红丝带小学”的艾滋病患儿们送去了生日礼物和温馨祝福。
今年，为了让这些孩子在有生之年看到上海世博会的胜景，濮存昕多方奔走，在上海雅培医药公司的资助支持下，经多次与世博组委会协商，为“红丝带小学”的孩子们争取到了赴世博参观的机会。
歧视让老师们很伤心
与“红丝带小学”的孩子们同时游世博的还有来自四川、广西、云南、安徽的29名艾滋病患儿。“这样的孩子还有很多，他们大都因母婴传播染病。但是能像‘红丝带小学’这15名孩子有较好的受教育和治疗条件的，几乎没有。这也是孩子们不幸中的幸运吧。”濮存昕感慨地对本报记者说。
8月3日，濮存昕、李丹阳、蔡国庆三个人分成两组带着“红丝带小学”的孩子们在世博园里参观。孩子们兴致勃勃地参观了“东方之冠”中国馆，看到了会动的《清明上河图》，见到了西班牙馆仿真婴儿“小米宝宝”，还在丹麦馆里看到了以前只在书上看到的《美人鱼》……
女孩翠翠每到一个场馆，都睁着大大的眼睛专注地盯着眼前的一切，还不时拉起小伙伴挤过人群，钻到最前面观看，有时还拉着濮存昕的衣角，问东问西。
“红丝带小学”的孩子们除了要忍受着病痛的折磨，还要忍受社会上的各种歧视。
熟悉翠翠的老师刘倩告诉记者，翠翠刚到“红丝带小学”的时候是个胆小又害羞的女孩。因为患病，在原来的小学，翠翠总是被小朋友用棍子驱赶，警告她不要靠近。
因为受到歧视，翠翠刚到学校时精神障碍大，不多说话，见了生人就躲就哭。现在，翠翠变化很大，表现相当活跃，敢上台表演，敢大方地与大家合影。在联合国馆，当工作人员主动将一枚印章赠送给她时，翠翠高兴地连声说“谢谢”。
与翠翠一样，男孩鹏鹏刚到“红丝带小学”时也沉默寡言。他妈妈输液时不慎染上艾滋病病毒，又传染给了他。3岁时，妈妈去世，爸爸患肺气肿不能干重活，哥哥虽然没染上艾滋病病毒，却因为营养不良患了肠胃病，全家人最健康的是75岁的奶奶。后来，哥哥患上了肠梗阻，这个穷困的家庭连看病的钱都凑不齐。难抑痛苦的哥哥在自家玉米地里，用菜刀结束了自己的生命。小朋友们从不跟鹏鹏玩，他在村里一出现，孩子们就捂着嘴跑开，甚至有人用石块驱赶他。
就在这些孩子们乘大巴来上海的时候，他们购票的长途大巴上还有其他乘客。这些乘客得知要与艾滋病患儿同车前往上海时，纷纷提出退票甚至换车的要求，一些乘客甚至愤怒地说：“他们身上带着病毒，就不能乘坐公共大巴，不能到处乱跑，就该呆在医院里。”车站为了平息乘客们的恐慌，只好再专门包车将孩子们运往上海。“孩子们是无辜的，是最应得到关爱的弱势群体，却屡遭不公正待遇。”“红丝带小学”生活校长刘美婷神情忧伤地说。
但濮存昕、李丹阳这些明星对孩子们一点歧视都没有，他们和孩子们一起做游戏，抱着孩子合影留念，对这些艾滋病患儿就像对自己的孩子一样。这让刘美婷非常感动。
愿为孩子们的权益奔走
参观期间，世博组委会为“红丝带小学”的孩子们配备了专职导游、专门车辆，孩子们可以通过VIP通道进入各国展馆，不必排队等候，一天可以参观十多个展馆，观看多场演出。
一身休闲装扮的濮存昕不时给孩子们讲解各种世博知识，回答大家的提问。在参观间隙，记者采访了孩子们眼中可爱的濮校长。
三晋都市报：濮校长，是哪些东西吸引着您关注着“红丝带小学”的孩子们？
濮存昕：在我接触的世界当中，艾滋病患儿这个群体是很特殊的。我首先被临汾市传染病医院感动了。他们用开办学校的方式来保障这些孩子们的生活、就医、教育等问题，努力把孩子们从一个被遗忘、被歧视的角落里拉到阳光之下。目前来说，这是一种很有效的方式，在全国是惟一的。你看这些孩子们多么幸福、快乐，你从他们身上能看到病痛的影子么！
三晋都市报：作为防艾形象大使，在公益活动中，你比较关注哪些方面？
濮存昕：你也看到了，孩子们特别感谢社会各界对他们的帮助，在这种帮助下，这些孩子确实改变了。作为个人，我一直抱着一颗平常心，尽我的责任去关注艾滋病患儿的一切。我关心怎么才能让患了艾滋病的孩子受到良好的教育。他们的学习成绩如何，将来能否融入社会正常体系。比如“红丝带小学”，将来我们要做一个严格公正的测试，看看这些孩子们的学习成绩是否与公立学校的孩子们在同等水平。如果达不到预期效果的话，我们就从基金中拿出一笔钱来，从社会上招聘一批志愿者老师，付给对方报酬，把这些孩子教育好。
三晋都市报：就在孩子们来上海的路上，也不同程度受到了歧视，您怎样看待这一社会现象？
濮存昕：我国防艾工作已经过去了十年，通过这些年的努力，取得了一定的成效，尤其是采供血造成的艾滋病毒传播已经得到了有效控制。但歧视艾滋病患者的现象还是没有得到根本性的好转。我们举办各种公益活动，就是要让人们明白，通过正常接触是不会被传染上艾滋病毒的。
三晋都市报：那么，反驳歧视的最有效方式是什么？
濮存昕：是用这些孩子的变化给社会看。对比这些孩子的今昔，就知道歧视他们是多么错误的。此外，我也要通过个人的努力，只要这些孩子的正常权益受到侵害，我都会请假出去，专门去和对方谈，与家长、校方沟通，再加上媒体的报道，让全社会都认识到歧视艾滋病患儿是不对的。
三晋都市报：据我所知，这次孩子们能参观世博，你费了很大心血。
濮存昕：世博会在中国举办是全球盛事，组委会也有相关考虑，毕竟这是一群特殊的孩子。最后，世博组委会还是做出了周密安排，包括VIP通道、专职导游、志愿者服务人员等等，从中看出，全社会都在关心这些孩子。所以孩子们说他们“梦想成真”，我也梦想成真。
牙缝里挤钱也要把学校办好
负责此次上海之行费用的是一家名叫“雅培”的医药公司。多年从事艾滋病防治工作的临汾市传染病医院院长郭小平说，该公司只承担了孩子们在上海的费用，孩子们的来回车费并不负担。
郭小平粗略地给记者算了一笔账，往返上海的车票是762元，此次陪孩子们去上海的还有几名老师，一趟上海之行，临汾市传染病医院要花出去近2万元。但为了让孩子们开阔视野，了解世界，该院在资金紧张的情况下仍然决定前往。
郭小平认为，对艾滋病患儿的教育比治疗更重要。“红丝带小学”除了传授给孩子们文化知识，更多的是教他们怎么做人。学校教育每个孩子，既要保护自己，又要保护别人，同时每个人还要成为宣传者，告诉周边的人如何正确看待艾滋病。他创办“红丝带小学”的时候，只是基于人道主义关怀，没有太多考虑经济方面的因素，但现在的确遇到了怎样才能把这件好事办好并坚持办下去的问题。
因为不是公办学校，“红丝带小学”没有稳定的经费来源，学校主要靠从医院收入中划拨一部分和社会捐赠维持。可医院是自负盈亏的，时间一长难免不堪重负；而社会捐赠，又面临诸多变化，一旦捐赠情况发生变化，“红丝带小学”的境况就可想而知了。
由于得不到政府职能部门的认可，“红丝带小学”目前在教育系统内仍是一个“黑户”。“因为不是公办学校，没有正式教师的编制，也没有人员编制，学校只能聘请临时代课教师负责学生的各科教学工作。在教学质量上难免与公立学校有差距，而由于待遇等问题，一位老师已经离开了学校。”负责“红丝带小学”日常管理工作的乔吉平不免为孩子们的前途担忧。“虽然‘红丝带小学’的许多问题单靠临汾市传染病医院是解决不了的，但我们就是从牙缝里挤钱也要办好这所学校。”临汾市传染病医院院长郭小平坚定地对记者说。
