九大最难诊治人类疾病与四大流行病中艾滋病首当其冲

◎艾滋病（HIV）
即获得性免疫缺陷综合征。
1981年，首次在美国被确认，包括HIV-1型和HIV-2型。1985年艾滋病病例首次在中国出现。当年6月初，美籍阿根廷旅游者阿斯克墨西纳在长城游览时晕倒，后被确诊为艾滋病患者。
1989年10月，北京一男性被确诊为艾滋病病毒感染者，成为中国大陆首例原发性艾滋病病例。
1990年8月，一名医生在北京死于艾滋病，成为中国大陆首例艾滋病死亡病例。
截至2009年底，中国存活艾滋病病菌感染者和病人约74万人，其中艾滋病病人10.5万人。
◎非典型性肺炎（SARS）
即严重急性呼吸道症候群，致病病菌被称为冠状病菌，是一种全新呼吸道传染病。
2003年1月，中国内地发现首例SARS病人，也是全球首位SARS病菌感染者。
经历爆发期后，该疾病的传播在当年8月逐渐减缓。
数据统计，中国内地累计病例5327例，死亡349人。2004年后，全球未出现新发病例及疑似病例。
◎甲型H1N1流感
即具高度传染性的流感病菌，发病率高死亡率低(1%-4%)，其传染途径与季节性流感类似。
2009年3-4月，墨西哥爆发H1N1疫潮，导致过百人感染。
2009年5月11日，中国发现第一例H1N1病例。
截至2010年3月31日，全国31个省份累计报告甲型H1N1流感确诊病例12.7余万例，治愈12.2万例，死亡800例。
◎禽流感
即由禽流感病菌引起的一种急性传染病，也能感染人类。此病可通过消化道、呼吸道、皮肤损伤和眼结膜等多种途径传播，区域间的人员和车辆往来是传播重要途径。
从2003年至今，中国有31人感染禽流感，其中21人死亡。
