苏州首次查扣虚假广告宣传品 保健品治艾滋病

    今后，凡涉嫌广告宣传中扩大范围，或夸大效果的食品、药品，或与美容美体服务等直接有关的财物，将被查封或者扣押。前昨两日，苏州工商局查封和扣押了一批涉嫌虚假宣传，总货值20余万元、共计2328盒的医疗器械和保健食品。这是我市工商部门首次对虚假广告宣传产品实施这样的处罚。

    据苏州工商局商广处负责人谷晓晖介绍，这次查封和扣押的产品涉及1种药品、1种医疗器械和3种保健食品，全部是今年上半年经多次监测仍一意孤行的产品。如曾经大做广告的“苦荞胶囊”、“中生辅酶Q10”和“中美军医明”实则都是保健食品，但在广告中却分别声称能“根治糖尿病”，“治疗病毒性肝炎、十二指肠溃疡，甚至艾滋病等12种病”，以及“中老年眼病”等，全成了药品，明显是种虚假宣传，属于误导消费者。

    谷晓晖表示，随着中秋、国庆两大节日即将到来，苏州工商局将结合节日市场安全保障，进一步加大对保健品市场的监管和规范。并希望市民在购买保健品时也要多方征询，不要轻信广告宣传，尤其是对一些声称可以治疗多种疾病的保健品更要警惕，
