世博捷克馆举行抗艾滋病毒研讨会

由捷克科学院主办的抗艾滋病毒研讨会昨天在世博园捷克国家馆举行。
捷克科学院从1968年开始研发治疗艾滋病的抗病毒药物，先后投资1亿多美元，经过近40年漫长而复杂的研发，2001年，安东尼·霍利教授领衔的科研小组终于研发出世界上最有疗效的治疗艾滋病的抗病毒药物Viread。目前，全世界60%的艾滋病患者在使用该药物。
中国的艾滋病患者还较少接触到此类新药，捷克科学院正在和我国相关公司机构协商合作。(记者赵维光）

Sponsored by the Czech Academy of Sciences yesterday against HIV workshop held at the Expo Czech National Museum.
Czech Academy of Sciences in 1968 began the development of antiviral drugs to treat AIDS, has invested over 100 million U.S. dollars, after nearly 40 years of long and complex development, in 2001, led by Professor Anthony Holly's team finally developed the world's most efficacy of antiviral drugs to treat AIDS Viread. Currently, 60% of AIDS patients around the world in the use of the drug.
China AIDS patients is also less exposed to such drugs, the Czech Academy of Sciences is working with the relevant corporate bodies of consultation and cooperation. (Xinhua Zhao Weiguang)
