艾滋病母婴传播“提速” 市卫生局要求检测率在90%以上

近年来，我市孕产妇HIV抗体阳性检出率呈上升趋势，阻断艾滋病母婴传播工作任务较重。昨日，荆州市卫生局下发通知，要求全市各医疗卫生机构进一步加强预防艾滋病母婴传播工作，确保孕产妇HIV检测率达到90%以上。
据了解，近年来，我市孕产妇HIV抗体阳性检出率呈上升趋势，全市除洪湖、监利外，其他县市区均有HIV阳性孕妇上报。同时，阳性孕妇分娩数也出现增长，说明孕产期保健等管理工作存在漏洞和薄弱环节。为此，荆州市卫生局要求，全市卫生行政部门、医疗卫生机构要充分认识预防艾滋病母婴传播工作的重要性，从维护社会稳定、保障妇女儿童健康和人口质量的高度，切实加强预防艾滋病母婴传播工作。
落实孕产妇孕期(特别是早中期)的HIV检测，是预防艾滋病母婴传播的重点，也是当前工作的难点。因此，各医疗卫生保健机构必须把预防艾滋病母婴传播与孕产妇系统保健管理紧密结合起来，在为孕期妇女进行首次孕期保健、孕检时，应耐心动员说服其接受HIV检测，并明示该项检测免费，确保HIV检测率达到90%以上，对个别明确拒绝检测的，应实行签字登记制度。
助产医疗保健机构发现孕妇临产时未作HIV检测的，必须进行HIV抗体快速检测，在检查结果未明确前就生产者，要在隔离产房(或隔离产床)为其实施分娩，并严格做好医务人员个人防护工作。(记者 卢成海)
