揭露艾滋患者个人隐私，少拿“爱”的名义

9月28日，成都一位艾滋病病毒感染者苦守近六年的秘密被一名交警无意揭开。当日交警挡下了他的三轮车，他向交警出示自己感染艾滋病病毒的告知书后，交警同意放行，但在三轮车上写了8个字：“爱(艾)滋患者，请勿靠近。”对此，当事交警的解释是，这是出于保护他的目的。“我对艾滋一点也不排斥，写上这几个字，以免其他交警再拦他。”（《今日早报》10月2日）
虽然全世界付出巨大人力和财力进行研究，但至今尚未研制出根治艾滋病的特效药物，也没有可用于预防的有效疫苗，有着强传染性、高发病率、高死亡率的特征，被称为“超级绝症”。近年来，随着艾滋病相关知识得到普及和国家对艾滋病病毒感染者的关怀，艾滋病才逐渐为人们认识，然而要消除对艾滋病病毒感染者的偏见与恐慌心理，还相差甚远。
艾滋病的传染途径常见于性交与静脉注射毒品，一旦感染上，病毒感染者很容易被贴上行为不检点、道德败坏的标签，致使人们从心理上躲避该病毒感染者。这一点或许是艾滋病病毒感染者难以融入社会，觉得低人一等，不愿意公布自己身体状况的原因。
只要不从事病毒传播，病毒感染者可以不公布自己这层身份。为了能像正常人一样生活，成都这位感染者苦守了近六年的隐私，期间连60多岁的老母亲都不曾知晓。我们想，他自己承担了多大的辛酸与痛苦？如今这位交警无情地揭开了他的痛处。
这不禁让我想起被广泛非议的，东莞警方用绳子牵着卖淫女上街的旧闻。卖淫是违法行为，应该受到处罚，但即便是卖淫女或者更加罪大恶极的人，只要还作为一个人，他们就有基本的人格。执法部门对违法者采取有辱人格的执法手段，有网友担心说，容易引起破罐子破摔的做法。比如卖淫女，当她们被公之于重后，反而觉得最后一层脸面都没有了，干脆换个地方继续做。而对于本来想靠自己劳动维继自己生命的艾滋病病毒感染者，如今被交警那么一揭，没人愿坐他的车，导致他生活无法继续，会不会产生报复社会、恶性感染的可能？
避开感染者自身的想法不说，交警在三轮车上写着“爱(艾)滋患者，请勿靠近”，让人怎么也联想不到这是为了车主着想。避免其他警察抓他不是理由，到时他不会再次出示自己的证明吗？
这件事之所以引起人们的关注，一方面是对那位病毒感染者的同情，另一方面是对执法者在执法过程中常表现出来的方法简单、主观臆断的担心。而作为一名执法者，真正为老百姓着想，就应该既要严格执法，又要充分地尊重当事人。
