医生在给梦雪做剖腹产手术
楚天时报消息 “孩子的小脸胖乎乎的，我也恢复得不错……”昨日，艾滋病产妇梦雪（化名）在电话中告诉阳新县人民医院的医护人员，电话那头的声音十分欣慰。
10月17日，梦雪在阳新县人民医院产科剖腹产，生下一个6斤3两的女婴，母子平安，女婴HIV检测呈阴性。
2007年5月18日，阳新县人民医院曾对该县首例艾滋病孕妇进行剖腹产手术，该孕妇产下一女婴。如今，孩子已4岁多了，经HIV病毒抗体检测，结果显示未感染上艾滋病。但孩子的母亲在生育不久死亡。
那么，艾滋病妈妈梦雪生的宝宝健康吗？本报记者进行了采访。
怀孕6个多月被查出HIV
梦雪今年32岁，来自阳新县太子镇。
今年7月，阳新县妇幼保健院在例行孕检时，怀孕6个多月的梦雪被查出疑似感染艾滋病。
随后，阳新县疾控中心立即将血样送省级医院，最后确认染病。
当她得知自己患艾滋病时，梦雪不知如何是好。“医学上一般建议终止妊娠。”阳新县妇幼保健院医生对梦雪说。
阳新疾控部门工作人员上门找到梦雪及其丈夫，告诉他们，如果继续妊娠，很有可能会将艾滋病病毒传播给下一代。
梦雪头胎生的孩子有残疾，丈夫长期在外打工，能怀上这个孩子让他们很欣喜，也觉得挺不容易。
生，还是引产？让夫妻二人很为难。但梦雪打心底里希望生下这个孩子。
疾控部门严密监控妊娠过程
阳新县疾控中心人员将各种可能发生的情况都告诉了梦雪及其丈夫。
最后，他们还是选择要把孩子生下来。
阳新县疾控中心到武汉组织了艾滋病母婴阻断专家组，为梦雪制定抗病毒药物阻断方案，并申请来了母婴阻断抗病毒药品。疾控中心和妇幼保健院严密监测了整个阻断过程，定期为其服用药品。
昨日，阳新疾控中心艾防科朱汉斌科长说，已经证实的艾滋病传染途径主要有三条：性接触传播、血液传播、母婴传播。感染了艾滋病病毒的妇女会在妊娠、分娩和哺乳等过程中，把艾滋病病毒传染给胎儿或婴儿。
母婴间传播的自然发生率在30%左右，而且大部分感染了艾滋病病毒的婴幼儿，会在3岁以前死亡。
最新研究表明，如果实施预防艾滋病母婴传播措施，成功率高达95%以上，也就是说梦雪完全有可能生个健康宝宝，而且在我国无论是药品还是所用检测试剂均可免费。
医生身穿隔离服冒险接生
10月17日凌晨2时多，阳新县人民医院院感染科接到县疾控中心的紧急通知：一名艾滋病产妇即将临产，需该院进行准备。
该院感染科主任陈红霞立即与该院产科联系，产科主任陈晓红从家中赶往医院，立即作好迎接艾滋病孕妇手术的一切准备。同时，该院救护车由产科医生押车赶往太子镇接即将生产的梦雪。
凌晨4点多，救护车将孕妇接到县人民医院产科。产科手术室内，8名医护人员穿着隔离衣，戴着防护眼罩，手套也是双层的，并作好了万一发生被刀片割伤和针刺伤，该如何处理的预防方案。
凌晨5点多，手术开始，由产科主任医师陈晓红主刀，她已是第二次为艾滋病病孕妇接生了。她没有畏惧，沉着应战。
凌晨6点28分，伴着清晨第一缕曙光，一声清脆的啼哭声，一名女婴生下来了。
