　新华网江苏频道南京11月2日电（记者秦华江）美国著名企业家、世界犹太人理事会主席杰克·罗森1日在苏州透露，中国企业可以通过收购美国企业快速成为品牌企业，走向国际，摆脱对低劳动力成本的过度依赖。
　　杰克·罗森在此次苏州“凯达资本论坛”上说，中国目前的劳动力成本很低，而消费品的价格却不断上升，这两者是不匹配的，且很多劳动密集型企业都逐渐转移出中国。因此，中国必须生产高附加值的产品，并培育出国际一流品牌。然而，培育国际一流品牌需要很长的时间。进而他认为，中国可以通过收购美国品牌企业，通过有效经营，学习并运用美国企业的先进技术、管理经验，进而为更多的人提供高薪的工作，从而带动更多的中国人进入中产阶级。
　　据介绍，兼并美国企业，也有很大的风险。杰克·罗森说，最大的问题来自中美之间的文化问题，两国企业采用的是不同企业管理类型结构，且美国企业在经营过程中注重制度，这和中国企业更注重人际关系有所不同。
　　据悉，鉴于美国目前的经济形势，中国收购美国企业会受到欢迎。中美文化艺术促进会会长、中华艾滋病基金会共同主席、美籍华人领袖王碚说，目前美国信用评级下调，债务沉重，国内经济不振，失业率据高不下，如何振兴经济必然成为民主党和共和党竞选总统的辩论主题。为了能够在2012年的大选中获胜，两党都要吸引国外企业来美国投资，促进就业，进而实现经济的繁荣，争取更多的选民。
　　美国中国上市公司协会会长，苏州工业园区凯达创业投资有限公司董事长王宇龙说，凯达创投在苏州开办分部，目的之一就是通过募集长三角地区的资金，为中国企业走向国际提供有力的资金支持。
